Claims (7)

  1. 총 수분함량이 약 14중량%이하이며 및 입자직경이 약 250㎛이하인 수용성 5'-리보틀레오티드의 미립자들을 약 55∼90℃온도에서 융해되는 오일/지방 및/또는 왁스로 피복시킴을 특징으로 하는 조미 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 5'-리보뉴클레오티드의 총 수분 함량이 약 2∼7중량%임을 특징으로 하는 조미 조성물의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 5'-리보뉴클레오티드가 직경이 약 60㎛ 이상 105㎛이하인 입자들을 최소한 약 80중량%에 달하는 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조미 조성물의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 미립자들이 5'-리보뉴크레오티드의 수용액으로 부터 제조된 분무-건조 분말임을 특징으로 하는 조미 조성물의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 분무-건조 분말이 수용성 5'-리보뉴클레오티드 및 상기 5'-리보뉴클레오티드 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.1∼20%중량부의 슈가를 함유하는 혼합 수용액으로 부터 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조미 조성물의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 슈가가 20이하 덱스트로즈 아퀴벌런트와의 덱스트린임을 특징으로 하는 조미 조성물의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 피복 방법이 수용성 5'-리보뉴클레오티드의 미립자들을 약 60∼105℃의 오일/지방 및/또는 왁스 용융물내에 분산시키고, 이어서 상기 분산액을 10∼35℃로 유지시킨 냉각실내 로원-판분무하는 분무과 립화방법임을 특징으로 하는 조미 조성물의 제조방법.
