Claims (10)

  1. 기록층에 접속되어 기록될 정보에 따라 변조되는 레이저 광선 빔으로부터 발생되며 디스크 위로 직경 방향으로 이동되는 기록 스포트의 광선에 노출 회전되어 회전하며, 결정 상태의 기록 재질을 구비하는 기록층과 기판을 구비하며, 비결정 상태의 정보 비트는 약한 레이저 광에 의해 판독이 될 수 있고, 상기 비트는 기록층상에 접속된 레이저 광선 빔으로부터 나오는 소거 스포트에 의해 소거될 수 있으며, 상기 비트는 기록층의 노출면에 형성이 되는 정보를 광학적으로 기록 및 소거하는 방법에 있어서,
    기록 재질은 다음 공식을 만족시키는 조성이 이용되며:
    QxSbyTez
    여기서 Q는 In 또는 Ga원소이며,
    X는 34 내지 44원자%이고 y는 51 내지 62원자%이며, z는 2 내지 9원자%로 결정 상태의 기록 재질에 기록된 비결정 상태 정보 비트는 기록소자의 1회전 동안 소거 스포트에 의해 실시간으로 소거될 수 있으며, 그리고 원래 결정 상태로 회복이 될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록 및 소거방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    Q 및 Sb 함양의 합이 58 내지 68원자%인 기록 재질이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록 및 소거방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서,
    기록 재질은 다음 공식을 만족시키는 것이 이용되며:
    Inn'Sbe'Tez'
    여기서 x'는 35 내지 42원자%, y'는 52 내지 60원자%이며, z'는 3 내지 8원자%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록 및 소거방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서,
    기록 재질은 다음 공식을 만족시키는 것이 이용되며:
    Inx''Sby''Tez''
    여기서 x''는 37 내지 42원자%, y''는 52 내지 56원자% z''는 5 내지 8원자%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록 및 소거방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    정보 비트는 원형 또는 타원이며, 3㎛의 최대 직경 또는 길이 방향 치수를 갖는 소거 스포트에 의해 소거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록 및 소거방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    정보 비트당 소거 시간은 50㎱ 내지 5㎲이며, 특히 100㎱ 내지 1㎲인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록 및 소거방법.
  7. 선행 항중의 어느 한항에 있어서,
    기판에는 무전해 부착 과정에 의해 비결정 상태의 기록층이 제공되며, 상기층에는 결정 상태 재질의 나선형 트랙이 소거 스포트에 의해 형성이 되며, 상기 트랙은 몇 미크론의 폭을 가지며, 비결정 상태의 정보비트는 펄스형 기록 스포트에 의해 상기 트랙에서 형성이 되며, 상기 비트는 다시 소거 스포트에 의해 결정 상태로 선택적으로 변환되어 소거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록 및 소거방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    소거 스포트는 작은 거리로 기록 스포트가 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록 및 소거방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    소거 스포트와 기록 스포트는 기록 과정동안 레이저가 고출력으로 전환되어 펄스화 되는 동일한 레이저로부터 나오는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록 및 소거방법.
  10. 선행하는 항중의 어느 한항에 있어서,
    기록 재질에서 Te 원소는 Se로 대체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보기록 및 소거방법.
