Claims (20)

  1. 적어도 구성요소로서, (a) 적어도 단일기판의 양면에 레이저조사의 조건에 대응하여 복수의 상태동안에 광학적 농도변화를 발생하고 또는 그 변화를 광학적으로 검출할 수 있는 기록박막을 구비한 기록매체를 복수장 겹친 기록체와, (b)상기 기록체를 회전시키기 위한 수단과, (c)상기 기록체를 구성하는 기록매체 각면에 준비되어 상기 기록체가 상기 회전수단에 의해서 일정방향의 이동을 할때에 소정의 거리를 유지하면서 상기 각 기록매체상에 부상하여 기록매체상에 레이저 광선을 조사하는 부상형의 광기록헤드를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  2. 적어도 구성요소로서, (a)적어도 단일기판의 양면에 레이저조사의 조건에 대응하여 복수의 상태동안에 광학적 농도변화를 발생하고 또한 그 변화를 광학적으로 검출할 수 있는 기록박막을 구비한 기록매체와, (b)상기 기록체를 회전시키기 위한 수단과, (c)상기 기록체를 구성하는 기록매체의 양면에 준비되어 상기 기록체가 상기 회전수단에 의해서 일정방향의 이동을 할 때에 소정의 거리를 유지하면서 상기 각 기록매체상에 부상하여 기록매체상에 레이저 광선을 조사하는 부상형의 광기록헤드를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  3. 적어도 구성요소로서, (a)적어도 단일기판의 양면에 레이저조사의 조건에 대응하여 복수의 상태동안에 광학적 농도변화를 발생하고 또한 그 변화를 광학적으로 검출할 수 있는 기록박막을 구비한 기록매체를 복수장 겹친 기록체와, (b) 상기 기록체를 회전시키기 위한 수단과, (c) 상기 기록체를 구성하는 기록매체 각면에 준비되어 상기 기록체가 상기 회전수단에 의해서 일정방향의 이동을 할 때에 소정의 거리를 유지하면서 상기 각 기록매체상에 부상하여 기록매체상에 레이저 광선을 조사하는 부상형의 광기록헤도와, (d)상기 (a)(b)(c)의 각 요소를 그 내부에 수납하는 기밀박스를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  4. 적어도 구성요소로서, (a)적어도 단일기판의 양면에 레이저조사의 조건에 대응하여 복수의 상태동안에 광학적 농도변화를 발생하고 또한 그 변화를 광학적으로 검출할 수 있는 기록박막을 구비한 기록매체와, (b)상기 기록체를 회전시키기 위한 수단과, (c)상기 기록체를 구 성하는 기록매체의 양면에 준비되어 상기 기록체가 상기 회전수단에 의해서 일정방향의 이동을 할 때에 소정의 거리를 유지하면서 상기 각 기록매체상에 부상하여 기록매체상에 레이저 광선을 조사하는 부상형의 광기록헤드와, (d)상기 (a)(b)(c)의 각 요소를 그 내부에 수납하는 기밀박스를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  5. 제1항 및 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기록체를 구성하는 상기 기록매체의 상기 각 기판표면에는 기록재생 수단으로서의 레이저광선을 소정의 위치로 인도하기 위한 신호피트열 또는 연속홈이 스파이럴선을 기준으로 해서 형성되어 있으며, 또한 상기 스파이럴선의 감기방향이 상기 복수의 기록매체의 각 상면사이 및 각 하면에서는 공통되고 있으며 또한 상면과 하면 사이에서는 반대방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  6. 제2항 및 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기록체를 구성하는 상기 기록매체의 상기 각 기판표면에는 기록재생 수단으로서의 레이저광선을 소정의 위치로 인도하기 위한 신호피트열 또는 연속홈이 스파이럴선을 기준으로 하여 형성되어 있으며, 상기 스파이럴선의 기록매체의 양면에서 반대방향의 감기방향을 가지고 있는 것을 특정으로 하는 광기록장치.
  7. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 및 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기록매체 또는 기록체상에 신호를 기록재생 할 때에 상기 기록 매체 또는 기록체의 위치에 관계없이 상기 기록매체 또는 기록체의 상기 광기록헤드에 대한 상대적 이동속도가 일정해지는 회전수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  8. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 및 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 레이저광선의 조사조건에 따라서 열적 평형상과 비형평상과이 사이 또는 비평형상과 별도의 비평형상과의 사이에서 가역적 상변화를 발생하는 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가역적 상변화가 비결정상과 결정상의 사이에서 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  10. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 및 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 레이저광선의 조사조건의 변화에 따라서, 검출가능한 복수의 상태동단을 변화하는 제1물질을, 광학적으로 투명하고 또한 상기 제1물질에 비교해서 융점이 높은 제2물질중에 미립자로서 분산하여 이루어진 혼합박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 혼합박막을 형성하는 제1물질이 레이저광선의 조사조건에 따라서 열적평형상과 비평형상과의 사이, 또는 비평형상과 별도의 비평형상과의 사이에서 가열적 상 변화를 발생하는 물질로서, 제1물질의 상변화에 수반되는 광학적특성의 변화를 신호로서 검출하므로서 개서가능한 기록을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 혼합박막이 기록층을 형성하는 상기 제1물질이 비결정상과 결정상과의 사이에서 가역적상변화를 발생하는 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  13. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 및 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기록층의 표면에 광학적으로 투명하고 겨우 수 100㎛의 두께의 보호층을 형성하여 보호층쪽으로부터 광을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  14. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 및 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기록박막층의 양쪽 혹은 어느 한쪽에 유전체층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  15. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 및 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기판의 가장 표면에 광학적 반사층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.

  17. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 및 제4항에 있어서, 상기 광학적 기록헤드가 슬라이더부와 대물렌즈부와 편향프리즘 또는 기울부로 이루어지고, 이들이 동일재질로서 일체화된 것임을 특징으로 하는 광기록 장치.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 광기록헤드의 대물렌즈의 개구수를 0.6 이상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 보호층을 DLC 박막으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더부의 기록매체에 상대하는 면을 DLC 막으로 코우팅 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록장치.
