Claims (10)

  1. 정제시킬 글리콜라이드를 적당한 유기용매중에 용해시키고, 생성용액에 알루미나를 가하여 알루미나가 용해된 글리콜라이드와 친밀하게 접촉된 슬러리를 형성하고, 슬러리를 조절된 조건하에 1 내지 60분간교반시키고, 여과하여 알루미나를 제거하고, 경우에 따라, 증발시켜 용매를 제거하고 정제된 글리콜라이드를 회수함을 특징으로 하는 글리콜라이의 정제방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미나 : 글리콜라이드의 중량비가 1 : 0.01 내지 1 : 10이고, 조절된 조건은 사용된 알루미나의 양이 접촉시간과 연관되도록 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유기용매가 메틸렌 클로라이드인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유기용매가 테트라하이드로푸란인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 공정단계를 무수 불활성 대기하에서 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 불활성 대기가 질소인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 정제시킬 글리콜라이드 약 1중량부를 메틸렌클로라이드 중에 용해시키고, 과립화 알루미나 약 0.1 중량부를 생성 글리콜라이드 용액에 가한 후, 생성 슬러리를 약 30분간 교반시키고, 여과하여 알루미나를 제거한 다음, 메틸렌 클로라이드를 증발시키고 이와 같이 수득된 습윤, 정제된 글리콜라이드를 진공하 45 내지 50℃에서 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 글리콜라이드의 정제방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 모든 공정을 무수 불활성 대기하에서 질소인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 불활성 대기가 질소인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 따른 방법으로 제조된, 정제된 글리콜라이드를 중합체화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 봉합사-등급(suture-grade) 폴리글리콜산의 제조방법.
