Claims (10)
- 다음 (가)~(다)의 공정으로 이루어지는 주조용 노즐의 제조방법,(가) 주된 주조용 노즐 재료 75~95중량%에, ZrO230~60중량%와, Al2O320~50중량%와, SiO210~20중량%와, SiC 5~40중량%와 이들을 결합시키는 결합제와로 조성된 전융체 골재 5~30중량%를 혼합시키는 공정 ;(나) 이 혼합물을 주조용 노즐 형상으로 성형하여 성형체를 만드는 공정 ;(다) 이 성형체를 소성하는 공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 주된 주조용 노즐 재료가, 알루미나-카아본인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 주된 주조용 노즐 재료가, 굵은 입자의 소결 알루미나 파우더와, 미세한 입자의 카아본 파우더와 미세한 입자의 용융 실리카와, 미세한 입자의 금속 실리콘과의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전융체 골재의 평균 직경이 8 내지 14메쉬인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 소결 알루미나 파우더의 평균 직경이 8 내지 14 메쉬이고, 카아본 파우더, 사용된 실리카 및 금속실리콘의 평균 직경이 200 메쉬 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 주조용 노즐.
- 제 2 항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 주조용 노즐.
- 제 3 항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 주조용 노즐
- 제 4 항의 방법에 의하여 주조된 제조용 노즐
- 제 5 항의 방법에 의하여 주조된 제조용 노즐.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
