Abstract
본 발명은 골재의 편석에 의한 크랙(crack)이나 주형틀 표면에 반점이 생기는 일이 없고, 치수의 정밀도도 뛰어나 통기성 내구주형틀의 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
300㎛이하의 입자률 80%이상 포함하는 금속분말과 금속산화물 분말율 5:95~30:70의 중량비율로 배합한 골재 100에 대해 소성과정에서 연화용융하는 경화보조재를 10~35 및 증발 성분을 포함하는 점결재를 10~25의 중량비율로 각각 배합 및 혼합하여 슬러리상의 혼합물을 만드고, 이것을 원형모형에 부어넣어 만든 주형틀을 산화성분위기 중에서 600~1200℃로 소성하는 통기성 내구주형틀의 제조방법.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 통기성 내구주형틀의 일례를 나타낸 단면도,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 보강섬유를 가진 통기성내구주형틀을 나타낸 단면도,
제3도는 제1도에 도시한 통기성 내구주형틀의 구조를 확대하여 나타낸 단면도.
Claims (4)
- 300㎛이하의 입자률 80%이상 포함하는 금속분말과 금속산화물분말율 5:95~ 30:70의 중량비율로 배합한 골재 100에 대해, 소성과정에서 연화용융하는 경화보조재를 10~35및 증발하는 성분을 포함하는 점결재(粘結材)를 10~25의 중량비율로 각각 배합 및 혼합하여 슬러리상의 혼합물을 만들고, 이 슬러리상 혼합물을 원형모형에 부어넣고 고화시켜 주형틀을 제조한 다음, 주형틀을 떼어낸후 건조심으로써 다공성(多孔性)을 부여하며, 산화성 분위기중에서 600~1200℃로 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 내구주형틀의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 골재 100에 대해 보강섬유를 5~25의 중량비율로 추가배합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 내구주형틀의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속분말을 철분말로 함과 동시에 상기 금속산화물 분말을 산화철분말로 하고 또 상기 보강섬유를 스텐레스계 재료 섬유로 하며 상기 증발하는 성분을 포함하는 점결재를 에틸시리케이트 가수분해물로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 내구주형틀의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주형틀을 떼어낸 후의 건조가 진공건조인 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 내구주형틀의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
