Claims (13)
- pKa가 15.74 이하인, 알콜에서 유도된 알콜레이트를 사용하고, pH가 1.5 이상인 수성매체에서 가수분해함을 특징으로 하는, 금속 알콜레이트를 가수분해하여, 유리상의 금속 산화물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, pKa의 값이 15.25 이상이 아닌 알콜에서 유도된 알콜레이트를 사용하고, pH가 최소한 2인 수성매체에서 가수분해함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, pKa값이 12-15인 알콜에서 유도된 알콜레이트를 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1-3항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 금속 알콜레이트를 원소주기율표 Ⅲ과 Ⅳ족의 금속의 알콜레이트 가운데에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 알콜레이트를 다음 일반식의 화합물로부터 유도된 것 가운데에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.R-O-R′OH(상기식에서 R과 R′는 탄화수소기를 나타낸다)
- 제5항에 있어서, 알콜레이트를 알콕시 알콜레이트 가운데에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1-6항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 금속 알콜레이트를 가수분해하기 위하여, 물의 유기용액을 금속알콜레이트의 유기용액에 부음을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 금속 알콜레이트의 유기용액이 알콜용액임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 알콜레이트의 알콜용액을 사용하기 위하여, pKa가 15.74 이상인, 알콜에서 유도된 알콜레이트를 pKa가 15.74 이하인 알콜에 용해시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, pKa가 15.74 이하인 알콜을 다음 일반식의 에테르-알콜 가운데에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법R-O-R′OH(상기식에서 R과 R′는 탄화수소기를 나타낸다)
- 제10항에 있어서, R과 R′기가 포화지방족기인 에테르-알콜을 선택하고, pKa가 15.74이상인 알콜을 포화지방족 알콜 가운데에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9-11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 물의 유기용액을 제조하고, pKa가 15.74 이상인, 알콜에서 유도된 알콜레이트를 pKa가 15.74 이하인 알콜에 용해시키고, 물의 유기용액을 알콜레이트의 알콜용액에 부음을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1-12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가수분해를 물의 몰당 0-0.0005몰의 무기산을 함유하는 물로 행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
