Claims (1)

  1. 하기 구조식(I)의 2-치환-4-(치환(벤질리덴-5-옥사졸론을 알카리로 가수분해한후, 가수분해생성물을 함유하는 그 반응 용액을 산으로 pH 5 내지 9로 조절한 다음, 팔라듐 또는 백금 환원촉매 존재하에 그 반응용액을 접촉 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 구조식(II)를 갖는 N-아실페닐알라닌류의 제조방법.
    상기에서, R1및 R2는 독자적으로 수소원자, 탄소원자 1 내지 4의 알킬기, 탄소원자, 1 내지 4의 알콕시, 할로겐원자, 아실옥시기 또는 아릴옥시기 또는 서로 인접해 있는 메틸렌의 옥시기를 나타내고 ; R3는 메틸 또는 페닐기를 나타내고 ; R4및 R5는 독자적으로 수소원자, 탄소원자 1 내지 4의 알킬기, 탄소원자 1 내지 4의 알콕시기, 할로겐원자, 히드록실기 또는 서로 인접해있는 메틸렌옥시기를 나타낸다.
