Claims (10)
- 하기 일반식(2)의 화합물 또는 그 염의 A부분을 페닐기로 치환시킨후, 이어서 필요에 따라서 C1-6알킬 또는 C7-20아랄킬 보호기를 제거시키고(또는) 염을 생성시키는 것으로 되는 하기 일반식(1)로 표시되는 화합물의 제조방법.상기식중, A는 치환될 수 있는 원자 또는 기이고, R은 수소 원자 또는 C1-6알킬 또는 C7-20아랄킬 보호기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페닐기에 의한 일반식(2)에서의 A부분의 치환을 하기 일반식(3)의 화합물을 사용하여 행하는 방법.PhX (3)상기식중, Ph는 페닐기이고, X는 제1항에서 A에 대하여 정의한 바와같은 원자 또는 기이거나, 또는 Li, Cu, MgHal, ZnHal, HgHal, SnR3′또는 SiR3′(여기에서, Hal은 할로겐 원자이고, R′은 C1-6알킬기 또는 아릴기임)중에서 선택된 원자 또는 기이되, 단 일반식(2)에서 A가 -B(OH)2기인 경우에, 일반식(3)의 X는 단지 통상적인 이탈기만을 나타낼 수 있다.
- 제2항에 있어서, A와 X중 어느 하나가 할로겐원자이고, 다른 하나는 -B(OH)2기인 일반식(2)와 (3)의 화합물을 반응시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 커플링 반응을 염기를 함유한 용매 중에서 전이 금속 촉매 존재하에 행하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전이 금속 촉매가 (Ph3)4Pd인 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 용매가 에테르인 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항중 임의의 항에 있어서, 염기가 탄산 나트륨 수용액인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (i) A가 치환될 수 있는 원자 또는 기이고 R이 C1-6알킬기이거나 또는 C7-20아랄킬인 일반식(2)의 화합물 또는 그 염의 A부분을 페닐기로 치환시켜서 하기 일반식(5)의 에스테르 또는 그의 염을 생성시키는 단계와, (ii)이 에스테르(5) 또는 그의 염을 가수분해시켜서 일반식(1)의 산을 얻고, 이 산을 임의로 처리하여 그의 염을 얻는 단계로 되는 방법.상기식중, R은 C1-6알킬 또는 C7-20아랄킬이다.
- 제1항에서 정의된 일반식(2)의 화합물 및 그의 염.
- A가 할로겐 원자 또는 -B(OH)2기인 제9항에서 정의된 화합물 및 그의 염.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
