Claims (6)

  1. 하기 일반식의 (-)2-치환 오르니틴을 생성시킴에 있어서,
    (여기에서, R은 C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, 할로겐화 C1-4알킬, 히드록실 C1-4알킬, 페녹시 및 에테르로 구성된 군중에서 선택되고 X는 수소원자 또는 C1-4알킬기를 나타냄) a) 하기 일반식의 2-치환 피페리돈을 아연, 망간, 마그네슘 중에서 선택한 2가 금속 양이온의 존재하에서 효소적으로 유효량의 L-알파-아미노-E-카프로릭탐 하이드롤라제와 접촉시킴으로서, 생성시키는 방법.
    (여기에서, X는 상기한 바와 같음)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2가 금속 양이온이 존재하는 2-치환 피피레돈의 몰에 대하여 약 10-1내지 10-3몰의 양으로 존재하는 것인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해를 약 8 내지 10의 pH를 유지할수 있는 완충액 중에서 행하는 것인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해를 약 20℃내지 약 30℃의 온도 범위에서 행하는 것인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 R이 C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시 및 C1-4할로겐화 알킬기인 것인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 R이 CCl2H, CClH2, CF2H 또는 CH2F이고 X가 수소원자인 방법.
