Claims (10)

  1. 송신기 활성화시 결합된 수신기가 응답하는 지를 제1채널에서 체크하고 활성화 되지 않는 송신기에 대해 결합된 수신기가 응답하는지를 제2채널에서 체크하는 평가회로를 갖추고 송신기/수신기 쌍을 활성화하는 제어회로를 갖추고, 이들 회로와 개별적으로 결합된 여러개의 (광) 송신기 및 (광) 수신기를 갖춘 광 배리어로써,
    제3채널이 공급되어 수신기의 출력신호중 다이내믹 부분에 응답하고 장애 발생시 제1 및 제2채널의 응답감도를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 배리어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 평가회로가 주기적으로 및 교대로 측정 및 테스트를 하므로써, 송신기와 수신기가 측정동안에 활성화되는 반면에, 테스트 동안에 송신기가 비활성화되고 수신기가 활성화됨을 특징으로 하는 광 배리어.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광 배리어에 의해 제어된 장치 또는 기계의 개개의 부품(예를들어, 모우터보호, 계전기)이 평가회로 내에서 기능적으로 합동됨을 특징으로 하는 광 배리어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 3개의 채널에 대한 입력신호가 디지탈 펄스 형태로 처리되며, 3개의 채널이 각 경우에 적분기를 상하로 적분하게 되는데, 여기서 디지탈 입력신호는 아날로그 신호로 반전되고 3개의 적분기의 출력신호는 두개의 비교기에 공급되는데, 비교기의 출력신호는 다시 디지탈 신호로 나타내며, 제3채널의 적분기의 출력신호가 두 비교기에 대한 기준치로서 작용합을 특징으로 하는 광 배리어.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 수신기의 입력신호가 비교기내에서 조정 가능한 한계치와 비교되며, 상기 비교기의 출력신호가 플립플롭의 D입력에 공급되고, 그 출력이 수신기의 출력신호의 디지탈화된 실제치를 나타내며, 제2D플립플롭이 공급되어 송신기용 여기펄스가 공급되고, 따라서 플립플롭의 출력신호가 광펄스의 존재에 대한 희망치를 나타내며, 출력신호가 배타논리-OR 게이트에서 비교되고 그 출력이 제1채널의 입력신호를 나타내며, 플립플롭의 반전출력이 다음 배타논리-OR 게이트에 공급되고 그 출력이 제2채널의 입력신호를 형성하며, 제1플립플롭의 출력신호가 측정양상 동안에 제3채널의 입력신호를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 배리어.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 개개의 부품 고장을 예외로한 제1채널의 출력은 항상 제2채널의 출력신호에 대해 반전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 배리어.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 각각의 경우에 제1및 제2채널의 출력신호가 계전기를 제어함에 따라 하나의 계전기가 활성화되고 다른 계전기가 고장없이 동작하는 동안에 비활성화 되며, 하나의 계전기가 활성화되고 다른 계전기가 비활성화되는 경우, 상기 계전기와 결합된 스위치 접촉부는 광 배리어에 의해 모니터된 기계 또는 장치의 동작을 허용하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 배리어.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 제1및 제2채널의 출력신호가 배타논리-OR 게이트에서 다른것과 비교되는데 부품고장의 결과로서, 제1및 제2채널의 출력신호가 다른 것에 대해 반전하게 되며, 배타논리-OR 게이트가 응답할 때 광 배리어에 의해 모니터된 장치 또는 기계가 정지되는 경우 배타논리-OR 게이트가 응답하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 배리어.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제3의 계전기가 공급되고 이에 따라 한쪽에 배타논리-OR 게이트에 의해 활성화되고 다른쪽은 제1및 제2채널의 계전기와 결합된 스위치 접촉부를 반전하므로써 활성화 됨에 따라, 제3계전기가 자기-고정 접촉을 하게 되고 적어도 하나의 스위치 접촉부를 통해 광 배리어에 의해 모니터 된 기계 또는 장치를 정지시키고, 자기 고정 접촉의 결과로서 장치 또는 기계가 리세트키단을 다시 동작할 수 있게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 배리어.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 리세트 회로가 공급되며, 리세트키 동작후에, 카운터 및 플립플롭을 정확히 지정된 초기상태로 되고 광 배리어를 리세트한 다음의 동작중에 고장이 없거나 장애가 없는 경우에만 광 배리어에 의해 모니터된 장치 또는 기계가 동작 가능하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 광 배리어.
