Claims (16)

  1. 연속 주조 단계, 조압연 단계 및 Ar3변태점에서 300℃까지의 온도 그리고 1,500m/분 이상의 압연속도의 윤활 압연 단계의 조합으로 구성되는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  2. 연속 주조 단계, 조압연 단계, 마무리 열간 압연단계, 및 Ar3변태점에서 300℃까지의 온도 그리고 1,500m/분 이상의 압연 속도의 윤활 압연 단계의 조합으로 구성되는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  3. 스트립 주조 공정으로써 용강으로부터 두께 50mm 이하의 스트립을 직접 그리고 연속적으로 제조하는 단계와, Ar3변태점에서 300℃의 온도 그리고 1,500m/분 이상의 압연 속도로 윤활 압연하는 단계의 조합으로 구성되는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  4. 스트립 주조 공정으로써 용강으로부터 두께 50mm 이하의 스트립을 직접 그리고 연속적으로 제조하는 단계, 마무리 열간 압연 단계, 및 Ar3변태점에서 300℃까지의 온도 그리고 1,500m/분 이상의 압연 속도로 윤활 압연하는 단계의 조합으로 구성되는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  5. 연속 주조 단계, 조압연 단계, Ar3변태점으로부터 300℃까지의 온도 그리고 1,500m/분 이상의 압연 속도로 윤활 압연하는 단계, 및 소둔 단계의 조합으로 구성되는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  6. 연속 주조 단계, 조압연단계, 마무리 열간 압연 단계, Ar3변태점에서 300℃까지의 온도 그리고 1,500m/분 이상의 압연 속도로 윤활 압연하는 단계, 및 소둔 단계의 조합으로 구성되는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  7. 스트립 주조 공정으로써 용강으로부터 두께 50mm 이하의 스트립을 직접 그리고 연속적으로 제조하는 단계, Ar3변태점에서 300℃까지의 온도 그리고 1,500m/분의 압연 속도로 윤활 압연하는 단계, 및 소둔 단계의 조합으로 구성되는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  8. 스트립 주조 공정으로써 용강으로부터 두께 50mm 이하의 스트립을 직접 그리고 연속적으로 제조하는 단계, 마무리 열간 압연 단계, Ar3변태점으로부터 300℃까지의 온도 그리고 1,500m/분 이상의 압연 속도로 윤활 압연하는 단계, 및 소둔 단계의 조합으로 구성되는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  9. 제 2항, 제 4항, 제 6항 및 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압연 하중의 감소률이 30% 이상인 강력한 윤활 상태하에서 1,100℃∼700℃의 온도로 상기 열간 압연이 실시되는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  10. 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 5항 및 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조압연 단계 다음에 코일 상자에 배치되어 있는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  11. 제 3항, 제 4항, 제 7항 및 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트립 주조 공정을 통한 연속 스트립 제조 단계 다음에 코일 상자가 배치되어 있는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  12. 제 2항, 제 4항, 제 6 항 및 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 마무리 열간 압연 단계와 상기 윤활 압연 단계 사이에 냉각 장치가 배치되어 있는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  13. 제 1항에 있어서 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활 압연 단계의 바로 다음에 권취기가 설치되어 있는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  14. 제 5 항에서 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활 압연 단계와 상기 소둔 단계 사이에 냉각 장치가 배치되어 있는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  15. 제 1 항에서 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강판의 온도 강하를 줄일 수 있도록 상기 윤활 압연 단계에서 압연된 강판을 권취하기 위한 근접 권취기와 권취된 강판을 750∼600℃의 온도 범위 이내로 소정시간 동안 유지하기 위한 절연 상자가 상기 윤활 압연 단계 다음에 배치되어 있는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
  16. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 코일 상자로부터 디코일링 된 판재가 시트 바아 연결기에 의해 연결되는 가공성이 우수한 얇은 강판의 제조방법.
