본 발명에 따른 α-올레핀 중합용 촉매를 사용하여 프로필렌을 중합시켜 수득된 중합체 입자의 절단면의 확대도(현미경 사진을 스켓치한 것)

Claims (4)
- 4염화티탄에 대해, 교반소요동력 250kw/m3이하의 교반하에서 유기알루미늄 화합물(A )과 전자공여체(B1)의 반응 생성물(Ⅰ)을, 0 내지 70℃에서 1 내지 10시간 첨가하여 반응시켜 수득된 고체 생성물(Ⅱ)에, 다시 전자공여체(B2) 및 전자수용체(E)를 반응시켜 고체 생성물(Ⅲ)으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 α-올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 용매로 희석된 4염화티탄을 사용하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 생성물(Ⅰ)의 첨가가 끝난 후의 반응혼합물을 첨가시의 온도 및 교반조건하에서 0.5 내지 3시간 유지한 후, 다시 50 내지 90℃에서 5분 내지 3시간 교반하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기알루미늄 화합물(A) 1몰에 대해, 1 내지 4몰의 전자공여체를 0.5 내지 3ℓ의 불활성 용매의 존재하에 -10 내지 50℃에서 30초 내지 5시간 반응시켜 수득한 반응생성물(Ⅰ)을 사용하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
