Claims (4)
- 4염화티탄에, 유기알루미늄 화합물(A1)과 전자공여체(B)와의 반응 생성물(I)을 교반소요동력 0.30kw/㎥이상, 버플율 0.15이상의 강교 반하에서 반응시켜 수득되는 고체 생성물(Ⅱ)에, 다시 전자공여체(B2)와 전자수용체(E)를 반응시켜 수득되는 평균입경이 2내지 10미크론, 비표면적이 100㎡/g이상, x선회절로 4.80내지 5.10의 격자간 거리에 상당하는 회절선 및 구형임을 특징으로 하는 α-올레핀 중합용 고체촉매성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기알루미늄 화합물(A1) 1몰에 대하여, 전자공여체 1내지 4몰을 용매중에서 -10℃내지 50℃온도에서, 30초 내지 5시간 반응시켜 수득된 반응생성물(I)을 사용해서 수득하는 고체촉매성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 4염화티탄과 반응생성물(I)을 반응함에 있어 반응생성물(I)중의 AI원자수와 4염화티탄중의 원자수의 비율(Al/Ti)을 0.05내지 1.0으로하여, 0내지 200℃에서 5분 내지 8시간 반응시켜 수득되고 고체생성물(Ⅱ)을 사용해서 수득하는 촉매성분의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체생성물(Ⅱ) 100g에 대하여, 전자공여체(B2) 50내지 200g 및 전자수용체 (E) 20g을 용매 100내지 1,000ml의 존재하에 50 내지 100℃에서 반응시켜 수득하는 촉매성분의제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
