글리시딜 화합물내의 염소함량을 감소시키는 방법

Claims (10)

  1. 글리시딜 화합물을 할로겐-제거 유기용매내에 용해시킨 후, 승온에서 당량과량의 알칼리 금속 수산화물 수용액(여기서, 과량이란 가수분해 가능한 염소를 완전히 탈염화수소화 시키기 위하여 이론적으로 필요한 당량의 100 내지 200%를 의미한다)으로 처리한 다음, 이 유기용액으로부터 물을 제거한 후, 사용한 알칼리 금속 수산화물의 양을 기준으로 하여 5 내지 500배량의 35중량%까지의 물을 함유하고 있는 습식 셀룰로오스로 상기 유기용액을 승온에서 처리한 다음, 여과하고, 유기용액으로부터 글리시딜 화합물을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 글리시딜 화합물을 알칼리 금속 수산화물로 후처리하여 글리시딜 화합물내의 가수분해 가능한 염소의 함량을 감소시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 글리시딜 화합물로서 글리시딜 에테르를 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 글리시딜 화합물로서 다중핵 페놀의 글리시딜 에테르를 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 글리시딜 화합물을 알칼리금속 수산화물로 처리하는 단계를 60 내지 130℃의 온도에서 수해하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 과량의 알칼리금속 수산화물이 이론적으로 필요한 당량의 100 내지 170%, 바람직하게는 120 내지 170%정도인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 습식 셀룰로오스는 셀룰로오스의 건조중량을 기준으로 하여 30중량%까지의 물을 함유하고 있는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 유기용액을 셀룰로오스로 처리하는 단계를 30 내지 90℃의 온도범위에서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 유기용액을 셀룰로오스로 처리하는 단계를 50 내지 80℃의 온도범위에서 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 사용한 알칼리금속 수산화물의 양을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 100배량의 셀룰로오스를 사용하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 분말상 셀룰로오스를 사용하는 방법.
