Claims (3)
- 필름 표면에서 측정된 중심선 평균조도 0.008 내지 0.08㎛ 및 용융상태에서 측정된 저항 5×107내지 5×1010Ω·cm를 갖는 2축 연신 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 필름의 전기 절연재료와 이 전기 절연재료에 접착된 전기 절연지로 이루어진 전기 절연부품.
- 필름 표면에서 측정된 중심선 평균조도 0.008 내지 0.08㎛ 및 용융상태에서 측정된 저항 5×107내지 5×1010Ω·cm를 갖는 2축 연신 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 필름의 전기 절연재료와 이 전기 절연재료가 피복된 도체로 이루어진 전선.
- 필름 표면에서 측정된 중심선 평균조도 0.008 내지 0.0㎛ 및 용융상태에서 측정된 저항 5×107내지 5×1010Ω·cm를 갖는 2축 연신 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 필름의 전기 절연재료와 이 전기 절연재료에 접착된 구리 박막 또는 리본형 구리 코어로 이루어진 가요성 인쇄회로판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
