제2도는 본 발명의 온도 제어장치가 접속된 화상 형성장치의 정착기의 일부를 단면하여 표시한 개략 구성도.
제3도는 본 발명의 온도 제어장치의 일실시에서 회로 구성도.

Claims (7)

  1. 상용 전원의 폐회로에 포함되어 열원으로 통전 가열되는 피 가열부재와, 전압전원 입력을 받는 브릿지 회로의 1암에 접속되는 상기 피 가열부재의 온도를 검지하는 검지 수단과, 상기 검지수단의 출력과, 상기 피 가열부재의 온도를 소정온도롤 설정하기 위해, 상기 브릿지 회로의 출력단에서 얻어지는 기준전위등을 입력으로 하고, 양출력의 비교 결과에 따라서 상기 피 가열부재의 통전 제어를 하는 통전제어 수단과, 상기 통전제어 수단의 출력을 받아, 이 출력에 맞추어 상기 기준전위를 변화시키는 기준전위 변경수단과, 및 상기 통전제어 수단의 출력과, 상기기준전위 변경수단의 출력을 받아 양출력에 따라서 이상 검지 출력을 발생하는 열원 이상 검지 등으로 이루어진 화상형성 장치의 정착기에 대한 온도 제어장치.
  2. 상기 기준 전위 변경수단은, 상기 브릿지 회로의 출력된에서 얻어지는 기준 전위를 소정의 주기에서 변화시키는 수단을 포함하는 제1항 기재의 오도 제어장치.
  3. 상기 기준전위를 소정의 주기에서 변화시키는 수단은 상기 통전 제어 수단에서의 출력을 받아, 소정 주기에서 발생하는 출력에 의하여 상기 기준 전위를 변하시키는 발전기를 포함한 제2항 기재의 온도 제어장치.
  4. 상기 기준전위를 소정의 주기에서 변화시키는 수단은, 상기 통전 제어 수단에서의 출력을 받아, 소정 주기에서 발생하는 출력에 의하여 상기 기준전위를 변하시키는 마이크로 프로셋서 유닛트를 포함하는 제2항 기재의 온도 제어장치.
  5. 상기 마이크로 프로셋서 유닛트는 기준전위를 변경시키기 위하여 발생하는 출력은, 공급지 동작에 동기하여 발생하는 제4항 기재의 온도 제어장치.
  6. 상기 기준전위 변경수단은, 상기 통전 제어수단이 상기 검지 수단에서의 소정의 온도에 도달했음을 나타내는 출력을 받아서, 통전제어를 하기 위한 출력을 발생한 후에 기준전위의 변경을 하는 제1항 기재의 온도 제어장치.
  7. 상기 기준전위 변경 수단은 변경 후의 기준전위가 변경전의 기준 전위보다 높아지도록 변경하는 제1항 기재의 온도 제어장치.
