Claims (6)

  1. A. 산화프로필렌, 산화에틸렌, 산화부틸렌, 산화아밀렌, 산화 테트라메틸렌등으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 에폭 사이드와 폴리올을 반응시키고; B. 아크릴산, 메타이크릴산,화합물에서 선택된 화합물을 함유하는 아크릴레이트와 상기 단계 생성물을 반응시켜 에폭사이드 잔기인 생성물 분자일부에 남아있는 최소한 하나의 히드록시기를 지닌 화합물을 형성하고;
    C. 단계 B의 생성물과 포스포릴화제를 반응시켜 하기식(Ⅰ)의 포스포레이트 에스테르 화합물을 제조하는 방법.

    -Y는 1~30C의 직쇄, 환형지방족 또는 측쇄지방족, 방향족 또는 지환식 탄화수소부이며 ; R은 2~5탄소수의 알킬렌부이며 ; Rf는 수소 또는 메틸이며 ;

    n1은 1~6의 정수이며 Rg는 디이소시아네이트 Rg(NCO)2(Rg는 2~10탄소수의 알킬렌, 5~10탄소수의 5 또는 6원소 카르보사이클릭 지방족기 또는 6~10 탄소수의 아릴렌기이다)의 이가 기이다]m은 1~10이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 C는 단계 B의 생성물을 교반시킨 양에 인산을 가함으로서 수행되며 이것은 70~90℃의 승온에서 유지되고 이것은 단계 C의 생성물을 물 세척한 뒤 공비증류에 의해 물을 제거하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  3. 경화된 제 1 항의 포스포테이트 에스테르화합물을 함유하는 자기녹음 매체.
  4. (i) 제 1 항의 포스포테이트 에스테르 아크릴레이트 분산유기용액을 용매인 자기화 색소파우더 및 바인더수지와 혼합하고, (ii) 단계(i)의 혼합물을 분쇄하여 분산액을 형성한 뒤 이것을 분산액이 녹음매체코팅으로서의 기능에 충분한 연성도를 갖는 코팅을 얻을 때까지 계속 분쇄하고, (iii) 단계 (ii)의 분산액을 기판에 코팅시키고, (iv)단계 (iii)의 코팅된 기판을 건조하고, (v) 단계 (iv)의 건조된 생성물을 전자 빔방사에 노출시켜 포스포레이트 에스테르 화합물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하여 색소/바인더 자기 녹음 매체를 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 단계(i)의 혼합물은 하기식으로 표현되는 알콕시화된 알킬 아미노 아크릴레이트의 최소한 하나의 4 가염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    상기식에서 Re=1~6탄소수의 지방족 탄화수소잔기, X=아세테이트, 포스페이트, 메틸클로라이드같은 4가염,또는 -(CH2CH2O)-m3
