Claims (10)
- 도관 절연쉘을 축방향으로 평행인 구동 가열로울러와 함께 동시 작동시키면서 박막을 도관 절연쉘과 가열 로울러 사이에 그들에 대해 횡단으로 공급하여 가열-활성화 접착제의 피복물로 이루어진 박막으로 도관 절연쉘, 특히 광물섬유로 이루어진 도관 절연셀을 라이닝 하는 방법에 있어서, 도관 절연쉘(3)에 의한 박막(51)의 정확한 초기 적재를 위해, 박막(51)을 전위치(제3a도)로 이동시키고, 박막(51)의 자유 말단부분(54)을 마찬가지로 축방향으로 평행인 레일(56)에 의해 용이하게 하향으로 구부러지게 한후, 용이한 위치(제3b도로 이송하여 박막(51)의 구부러진 말단부분(54)을, 출발위치에서 도관 절연쉘(3)의 외부표면으로부터 약간의 거리(57)를 두고 위치할 수 있는 수직으로 조절가능한 가열로울러(31)상에 그의 외부단부가 머물도록 하여 박막(51)상의 접착제의 활성화를 미리 개시시키고, 그후 가열로울러(31)를 도관 절연쉘(3) 쪽으로 이동시키고, 박막(51)의 외부단부가 도관 절연쉘(3)상에 걸리도록 하여, 이를 단시간동안 이 접착위치(제3c도)에서 유지되도록 한후, 가열로울러(31) 및 도관 절연쉘(3) 둘다를 각각 별도로 동일한 주변속도에서 반대방향으로 구동시켜 실제 라이닝공정을 개시시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 연속 종단 슬릿을 갖는 도관 절연쉘의 경우에, 슬릿 도관 절연쉘(3)을 가열로울러(31)와 축방향으로 평행이고 수직 하향의 방사상투사 가이드, 및 도관 절연쉘(3)의 종단 슬릿(2)과 맞물리는 드라이브 스트립(22)을 갖는 권취축(21)상으로 추진시키고, 동시에 박막(51)의 구부러진 말단부분(54)을, 그의 외단부가 도관 절연 쉘(3)중의 종단 슬릿의 인접 표면의 확장면으로 확장하는 가상 면에 인접하도록 하는 용이한 위치(제3b도)로 이동시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 슬릿 도관 절연쉘(3)을 제조하기 위해, 비-슬릿 도관 절연 쉘(1)을 이송암(12)에 의해 권취축(21)과 동축으로 배열된 수용축(11)상으로 연속적으로 추진시켜, 절단장치(14)에 의해 도관 절연 쉘(1)에 종단 슬릿(2)을 형성시키고 그후, 슬릿 도관 절연쉘(3)을 이송암(12)의 연속적 전방운동에 의해 수용축(11)과 동축으로 배열된 권취축(21)상으로 완전히 추진시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 실제 라이닝공정중에, 가열로울러(31) 및 권취축(21)을 라이닝된 도관절연쉘(4)의 약 340 내지 350°회전이 얻어지는 시간까지 구동시키고, 이어서 가열로울러(31)는 슬릿을 접착식으로 밀폐시키기 위해 그 위치(제3d도)에서 잠시 체류시킨 다음, 가열 로울러를 그의 출발위치로 내리고, 동시에 권취축(21)을 라이닝된 도관 절연쉘(4)로부터 회수하고, 라이닝된 도관 절연쉘(4)은 이송장치(60)에 의해 라이닝대(30)로부터 배출시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 박막(51)용 활성화가능한 접착제로서 폴리에틸렌의 피복물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 도관 절연 쉘(3)의 라이닝을 위해 유리실크의 능직 인레이(diagonal inlay)에 의해 보강된 알루미늄 박막을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 풀-오프(pull-off) 스트립에 의해 피복된, 박막의 폭 전체에 걸쳐 연장된 접착제 스트립을 갖는 말단부분(58)을 가지는 박막(51)을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 도관 절연 쉘 적재대, 도관 절연 쉘권취용 장치, 박막의 접착제를 활성화시키기 위한 구동가능한 가열로울러로 이루어진 라이닝대, 및 라이닝대에 횡단으로 배열된 박막 공급장치로 구성되는, 제1 내지 7항중의 어느 한항에 따르는 방법을 수행하는 장치에 있어서, 적재대(10)는 중심으로 슬로트된 수용축(11 : 슬릿 18)으로 이루어지며, 수용축 상에서 도관 절연 쉘은 수용축(11)의 방향으로 이동하도록 된 이송암(12)에 의해 추진될 수 있고, 도관 절연 쉘(1)에 연속 종단 슬릿(10)을 형성시키기 위해 제공되는 절단장치(14)는 중심으로 슬로트된 수용축(11 : 슬릿 18)을 통해 작용하며, 권취장치(20)는 구동가능한 권취축(21)으로 이루어지며, 권취축상에서 슬릿 도관 절연 쉘(3)은 또한 적재대(10)의 이송암(12)에 의해 추진될 수 있고, 권취축(21)은 수용축(11)과 동축으로 인접해 있으며 회전가능한 플러그-인(plug-in) 연결부(17,26)에 의해 수용축과 맞물리도록 되어 있는 말단면을 가지며, 방사상투상가이드, 및 도관 절연쉘(3)에서 종단 슬릿(2)에 맞물리도록 된 드라이브 스트립(22)으로 이루어지며, 라이닝대(30)의 구동가능한 가열로울러(31)는 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 구성되고 권취축(21) 하부에 그와 축방향으로 평행하게 배열되며 박막(51) 공급장치(50)는 가열로울러(31)와 축방향으로 평행하게 연장되는, 이의 축(55)에 대해 피봇하도록 되어있는 바(56)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 라이닝대(30)의 영역에 라이닝된 도관 절연쉘(4)를 위한 이송장치(60)가 존재함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
