Abstract

폴리우레탄을 형성하는 반응 혼합물로 축을 중심으로 회전하는 본체들을 피복하는 것은 각도 α로 본체의 회전축에 평행하게 위치한 시이트 다이를, 도포 노즐을 경유하여, 사용하고, 반응 혼합물의 반은 속도와 상대적인 이동을, 연속적인 회선이 비늘 형태로 중첩되고 이음매 없이 함께 연결하도록 하는 방식으로, 회전중인 본체의 원주 속도와 동기시킴으로써 개선될 수 있다.

제 1 도는 파이프의 외부 코팅 장치의 종방향 도면, 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 코팅 장치의 정면도, 제 3 도는 파이프의 내부 코팅 장치의 종방향 도면, 제 4 도는 제 3 도의 코팅 장치의 정면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 축을 중심으로 본체를 회전시키는 동시에 상기 본체를 상기 축에 평행한 방향으로 이동시키고, 이동 및 회전하는 본체에 노즐을 통해 폴리우레탄 반응 혼합물을 방출하여, 나선형 회선들로 도포가 이루어지는 것을 구비하는 피복 방법에 있어서, 반응 혼합물은 각도 α로 회전축에 평행하게 위치한 시이트 다이상으로 방출되고, 반응 혼합물의 반응 속도와 상대적인 이동은 연속 회선들이 비늘 형태로 중첩되어 이음매 없이 함께 연결되는 방식으로 회전 본체의 원주 속도와 동기되고, 반응 혼합물은 상기 시이트 다이로부터 상기 본체상으로 유동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 피복중에 형성되는 견부의 각도로 각도 α가 채택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 도포되는 피복의 최대 직경에서의 원주 속도는 반응 혼합물이 시이트 다이로부터 방출되는 속도보다 느리도록 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응 혼합물은 0.3초 내지 10분의 주입 시간을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 방법.
  5. 본체용 베어링 및 회전 구동 기구를 구비하고, 폴리우레탄을 형성하는 반응 혼합물로 축을 중심으로 회전하는 본체를 피복하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 본체의 회전축에 평행하게 작동하는 이송 구동 기구가 시이트 다이에 제공되거나 회전축에 평행한 방향으로 작동하는 이송 구동 기구가 본체에 설치되고, 피복되는 본체의 표면과 함께 시이트 다이는 이송 방향에 반대 방향으로 열려 있는 예각 α를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 시이트 다이는 회전축과 평행한 평면에 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 장치.
