Claims (3)
- 차량의 출력축을 지닌 엔지(26)에 따라 구동되어서 냉매를 압축하는 구동축을 지닌 압축기(1)와, 이 압축기(1)와 엔진(6)과의 사이에 개장한 전자클러치(27)와, 압축기(1)에 따라 압축된 냉매를 냉각액화하는 응축기(3)와, 이 냉각액화냉매의 유량을 열부하에 순응하여 적정치로 제어하는 팽창밸브(7)와, 이 액화냉매를 기화시켜서 냉매와 분출하여야 할 공기과 열 교환에 따라 이 공기를 냉각하는 증발기(9)와, 이 증발기(9)의 출구(9b)부분의 냉매온도(T1) 및 냉매압력(P)을 각각 검출하는 온도센서(11) 및 압력센서(12)와, 이 온도센서 및 압력센서로부터의 검출신호에 따라서 팽창밸브(7)의 개구의 크기를 조절하는 밸브작동수단(16)과를 지닌 차량용 장치로서, 다음에서 형성하는 장치; 압력센서(12)로 검출한 냉매압력을 냉매의 상당포화온도(T2)로 확산하는 수단; 온도센서(11)로 검출한 포화온도로 환산하는 수단; 온도센서(11)로 검출한 냉매온도(T1)와 환산수단(17)으로 환산된 냉매의 상당포화온도(T2)와의 차(Δt)와, 미리 설정한 기준치와를 비교하므로서, 냉방장치 내의 냉매량이 일정치 보다 적은지 아닌지를 판정하는 판정수단(18); 이 판정수단(18)이 냉매량이 일정치 보다 적다고 판정하였을 때 이상이 있다는 요지를 나타내는 수단; 및 판정수단(18)이 냉매량이 일정치 보다 적다고 판정하였을 때, 전자클러치(27)를 해리하여 엔진(26)과 압축기(1)와의 사이에 동력전달을 차단하는 수단.
- 제1항의 판정수단(18)은 압축기(1)가 기동하기 전에 냉매량이 제1항의 일정치 보다 적은지 아닌지를 판정하도록 하여서 이루어진 장치.
- 제1항의 판정수단(18)은 압축기(1)가 기동한 다음에 냉매량이 제1항의 일정치 보다 적은지 아닌지를 판정하도록 하여서 이루어지는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
