Claims (8)

  1. 절단하는 동안에 형상 단면 재료와 연결되고 동반 이동하는 절단장치를 사용하면서 상승된 온도에서 움직이고 있는 금속의 형상 단면 재료의 절단을 위한 방법에 있어서, 제1절 단도의 도움으로 형상 단면 재료의 일측면에 절결부가 형성되고, 그리고 그 후에 동일한 평면에서 반대쪽에 놓여 있는 측면으로부터 작용하는 제 2 의 절단도로서의 절결형성에 의하여 형상 단면 재료의 단편이 절단되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 첫번째 절결부는 형상 단면 재료의 하측에서부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 첫번째 절결부는 형상 단면 재료의 상측에서부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 혹은 제3항에 의한 방법의 실시를 위한 장치에 있어서, 절단장치(4)는 2개의 로울러(3) 사이에서 수평으로 이동 가능하게 배열되어 있으며, 그리고 덮개(8)을 가지는 절단도 지지구(5)를 가지고 있고, 수직으로 움직일 수 있는 슈우(14)와 이 슈우에 부속된 받침판(15)이 설치되어 있으며, 양절단도(6,7)을 가지는 절단도 지지구(5)는 피봇트(10)을 거쳐서 구동장치(11)과 연결되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 절단도(6,7)은 둔한 칼날면(21)을 가지며 오목하게 형성된 칼날(20)을 가지며, 대체로 질결 형성시에 삽입되는 구간(S)에서 그리고 일정한 높이(22)에 걸쳐서 쐐기 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 절단도(6,7)의 외부 윤곽은 원호 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 절단도(6,7)의 외부 윤곽은 4각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제4항 내지 제7항의 하나 혹은 다수의 항에 있어서, 절단도(6,7)은 하나의 구멍(23)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
