활성물질의 조절 및 지연 방출성을 갖는 약제학적 제제의 제조방법

Claims (3)

  1. 약제학적 활성 물질을 입자 크기가 50 내지 500nm인 유화 중합체와 함께 유기 용매에 용해하고, 용매를 증발시키며, 활성 물질을 함유하는 고체 유화 중합체를 글래스 온도(glass temperature) -20℃ 내지 +80℃에서 10 내지 500 마이크론의 과립 크기로 분쇄하고, 이어서 통상적인 정제-성형 부형제와 함께 압축하여 정제를 제조하거나 또는 캡슐로 밀봉함을 특징으로 하여, 활성 물질을 지연 방출시키는 약제학적 제제를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 글래스 온도가 -10 내지 +30℃인 방법.
  3. 약제학적 활성 물질을 유화 중합체와 함께 유기용매에 용해하고, 부에서 필름을 성형하며, 용매를 증발시키고, 성형된 필름에 습기-불침투성 이층(裏層 : backing layer)을 형성시키고 임의로 접착층을 형성함을 특징으로 하여, 40 내지 200 마이크론, 바람직하게는 60 내지 140 마이크론의 층 두께를 갖는 표피전달(transdermal) 투여용 필름을 제조하는 방법.
