Claims (8)

  1. 두회전 부재의 단부 플렌지사이에서 회전력을 전달하도록된 고회전력 유니버살 조인트에 있어서, 동축으로 된 두쌍의 트러니언을 수직으로 배치되게 형성하여서 된 +자형 본체, 별개의 합체되는 반부분으로 나누어지고 각 반부분이 폐쇄공을 갖는 전방으로 돌출된 베어링 캡을 갖는 기부를 포함하는 한쌍의 요크, 전기한 폐쇄공내에 수장되고 전기한 요크 반부분들의 기부에 형성된 대향 표면이 제1요크 기준 평면 양측에 위치하도록 전기한 트러니언을 회전할 수 있도록 받아들여 각개 반부분이 트러니언과 조립 되게하는 베어링, 조립된 합체되는 반부분들이 전기한 제1요크 기준 평면에 평행한 방향으로 상대적인 이동을 못하도록 전기한 제1요크 기준 평면을 가로질러 연장되는 제1결합장치, 조립된 합체되는 반부분들을 해당하는 단부 플렌지의 하나에 결합시키되 반부분들과 플렌지의 접촉면이 제1요크 기준 평면에 수직으로 되는 제2요크 기준 평면에 놓이도록 전기한 반부분들을 해당하는 플렌지의 하나에 착탈 가능하게 설치 시키는 장치 및 전기한 조립, 결합 및 설치된 반부분들을 해당하는 단부 플렌지에 기계적으로 결합하도록 하는 제2요크 기준 평면을 가로질러 연장된 제2결합장치로 구성된 유니버살 조인트.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 합체되는 요크 반부분들이 분리될 수 있도록 결합시키는 결합장치에 의하여 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 유니버살 조인트.
  3. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 결합장치가 해당하는 제1요크 기준 평면에 대하여 수직 방향으로 전기한 합체되는 반부분들을 관통하여 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 유니버살 조인트.
  4. 청구범위 3항에서, 전기한 결합장치가 전기한 제1결합장치를 관통하여 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 유니버살 조인트.
  5. 청구범위 3항에서, 전기한 제1결합장치가 전기한 대향 표면들에 형성된 대향된 키 흠속로 연장된 최소한 하나의 제1키를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유니버살 조인트.
  6. 청구범위 5항에서, 전기한 제1키와 키흠이 중앙부에 위치하고 전기한 연결장치가 제1키를 관통하여 연장되었음을 특징으로 하는 유니버살 조인트.
  7. 청구범위 6항에서, 전기한 대향 표면에 대향 요홈이 형성되고 요홈내에는 스페이서 부재가 삽설되며 전기한 스페이서 부재는 전기한 요홈의 전면과 협동하여 전기한 반부분들을 해당하는 제1요크 기준 평면의 양측에 측방향으로 위치되게하는 역할을 하도록되었음을 특징으로 하는 유니버살 조인트.
  8. 청구범위 1항에 있에서, 전기한 제2결합 장치가 전기한 반부분들의 뒤쪽으로 일체로 되게 돌설되어 전기한 단부 플렌지에 형성된 요홈속으로 삽입되는 제2키를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유니버살 조인트.
