Abstract
一种高扭矩万向节,其十字头有二对互相垂直的同轴十字轴,其轭分成两个相配的部分,每半部分有一带盲孔的轴承盖,轴承同心地装在盲孔中,十字轴在轴承中可转动。轭的两半个相配部分可分地连接起来,并且有位于通过万向节中心的第一轭基准面两侧的各并列对置表面。两相配部分的端面紧靠在位于第二轭基准面的旋转件法兰端上。相互垂直的第一和第二基准面上各有第一和第二键。在万向节工作过程中,作用在第一和第二轭基准面上的约束力共同限制两半个相配部分之间的相对运动。
Description
本发明是关于一种改进设计的虎克式万向节或卡丹式万向节,用于高扭力矩的使用场合。典型的例子如轧钢机,这里采用的“高扭力矩”是指扭力矩属于0.1-0.7百万千克力米或更高。
以上提及的传统虎克式或卡丹式的万向节类,各活节十字头由各轴承支承并在其中转动,而各轴承则装在一对完整轭的各轴承盖中,各轭与可转动的主动或被动件连接,特别是在一个水平轧钢机中,一个轭连接轴的一端。而另一个轭与马达的输出传动轴或者一个工作轧滚连接。
在很多例子中,各个轭是一整体铸件,在各轴承盖中制有通孔,整体的轭首先装在十字轴上,然后把轴承插入通孔中,最后用可拆卸的各侧盖把通孔封闭。然而在高扭力矩下使用,各种型式的组件常常会由于通孔的关系,致使轴承盖的结构刚度不足。
为了克服以上所述不足,在轴承盖中不采用通孔,而采用盲孔。在采用盲孔后,轴承盖的结构刚度与现有的通孔结构进行比较,有了显著地增加。可是为了要把带盲孔的轭装在活节十字头上,轭一定要作成分开的相配的两个部分,而每半个部分包括一个轴承盖。因此,在美国专利US-4180989中建议在轴承盖中装备滚针轴承,以便能容纳较大和较强固的十字头。不幸的是,分开的轭造成另一个问题,这是由于万向节在操作时相配的两个部分有相对移动的倾向,这相对运动令轴承的装配有不平衡的载荷,因而加速了磨损。相配的两个部分的相对运动也可引至螺栓或螺柱的松脱。而这些螺栓或螺柱是用于连接轭与传动或被传动元件的端面法兰,因而产生接头的破坏。
本发明的主要目的是提供一种改良的装置,当万向节在操作时能可靠地维持分开的相配两个半截之间轴承的同心。本发明的另一个目的是防止连接轭与传动或被传动元件法兰端部的螺栓或螺柱的松脱。
依照本发明,每个轭的两半个相配部分是可分地连接在一起的,在通过万向节中心的第一轭基准面相对两侧有各并列对置的表面。每个轭的两半个相配部分,在第二轭基准面上紧靠着相连的主动或被动件的法兰端部。第二轭基准面与各自的第一轭基准面垂直。在第一和第二轭基准面上有第一和第二键。
下文将详细说明本发明的一个最佳实施方式。其中,在第一轭基准面处并列对置的各表面基本上是平的和平行的,并有两个对置的位于中央的键槽。各第一键置于对置的两槽中,这种键的承载侧面与对置各键槽的各相邻侧面成紧配合。在各第二轭基准面上的各第二键是和两半个相配部分做成一体,并由此向后凸出而伸入相连的主动或被动件法兰端的凹槽中。在万向节工作过程中,作用在第一和第二轭的约束力互相作用,防止两半个相配部分之间产生相对运动。因而在保持严格的轴承同心的同时,防止可拆的连接轭和主动或被动件的螺栓或螺柱的松脱。
用来可分地连接两半个相配部分的装置,是一个或多个系紧螺栓或类似的连接件,而这些连接件穿过两半个相配部分,并与各自第一轭基准面垂直。
在两半个相配部分各并列表面中央键槽的各相对两侧还有对置的槽。这些对置槽中装有隔离块,这些隔离块有两个相对表面与各槽的底部配合,使两半个相配部分在各自第一轭基准面两侧相互横向定位。
现参照附图,对本发明进行详细说明。
图1是本发明的高扭力矩轧钢机万向节侧视图。其中,部份零件被割开。
图2是图1万向节的零部件分解透视图。
图3是图1中沿3-3线的剖面图。
图4是图3中沿4-4线的剖面图。
图5是一个带有十字轴和轴承的轴承盖的放大的部份剖面图。
现参照附图,说明依照本发明的一个高扭力矩万向节的最佳实施方式,它包括一个十字头10,该十字头10由两对互相垂直的同轴十字轴11构成,一对轭12和12′装在十字轴上。这些轭有向后凸出的螺柱14,它们和各螺母16配合把各轭连接到可转动件20的各法兰18上。如上所述,在轧钢机的使用中,可转动件,通常包括轴,工作轧滚,传动马达输出轴等。轭12,12′分成两半个相配部分12a,12a和12b,12b。每半部分包括一个底部,而该底部有做成一体向前凸出的轴承盖22,而轴承盖22有向内开的盲孔24。各轴承26装在各盲孔24内,而每一个轭12,12′的各相配部分被装配在有关的一对十字轴11上,每个十字轴11装在各自的轴承26中,并在其中转动。
参照图5,每个轴承26最好包括内座圈28,外座圈30及一组或多组的滚子32和34,它们放置在内外座圈28,30之间。一个非金属的推力垫圈36放置在每个十字轴11的端部和每个盲孔24底部之间。
如上装配起来的两半个相配部分12a,12a和12b,12b具有并列的各相对表面38。现特别参照图3,两半个相配部分12b和12b的并列面38在第一轭基准面Pb的相对两侧。两半个相配部分12a,12a的并列相对面38在另外的第一轭基准面Pa的相对两侧,而第一轭基准面Pa和面Pb垂直。第一轭基准面Pa和Pb都通过万向节的中心“X”。
在各并列面38中央位置,机械加工出两个对置的键槽40。在各键槽40的相对两侧还有对置的槽42。各第一键44延伸横过第一基准面Pa和Pb置于对置的键槽40之中。各隔离块46亦处在各基准面Pa和Pb上,并置于各对置的槽42中。
各第一键44的两侧面与各自相应键槽40的两相邻侧面紧密配合,以反抗两半个相配部分12a,12a和12b,12b在平行于它们各自的第一轭基准面Pa,Pb的方向上彼此间的相对运动。两半个相配部分12a,12a和12b,12b装配在十字轴上以后,利用连接件如螺栓48穿过两半个相配部分,将它们可拆地连接起来。螺栓48沿垂直于各自第一轭基准面Pa,Pb的方向穿过各第一键44。这就是说,连接起来的轭12的两半个相配部分12a,12a的螺栓48与第一轭基准面Pa垂直。同时,连接起来的轭12′的两半个相配部分12b,12b的螺栓48与基准面Pb垂直。各螺母50拧在各螺栓48的端部,每一个轭的装配就此完成。
附图上只画出一个螺栓连接每一对相配的部分,但也可采用多个螺栓,而且一个或多个螺栓不一定要穿过键44。
各隔离块46的两个对置表面与各槽42的底部配合,使两半个相配部分相互侧向地固定在他们各自的第一轭基准面Pa,Pb的相对两侧。各隔离块保证各盲孔24的底部对万向节中心X同心地固定着。各推力垫圈36为十字头的摆动提供支承表面,并和各盲孔的底部配合,使十字头布置成与万向节中心X同心。
隔离块46特别适用于两半个相配部分12a,12a和12b,12b是由单个铸件切成两块的场合。可是,当每半个相配部分是分开铸造的话,隔离块可以省去。另外,各键44不一定配置在中央位置,在一些例子中,例如每半个相配部分分开铸成时,可以用相配合的凹凸接合来代替各可拆卸的键44。
这样装配接合起来的两半个相配部分12a,12a和12b,12b用上述螺柱14和螺母16,可拆卸地固定在可转动件20的端面法兰18上。这样固定后,每半个相配部分的端面52紧靠在第二轭基准面Pc,Pd处的可转动件的法兰18上。轭12的基准面Pa,Pc和轭12′的基准面Pb,Pd一样是相互垂直的。
在本发明的实施方式中,各第二键54与轭成一整体,从轭底面52凸出进入各端面法兰18的凹槽,从而把轭12和12′与可转动件20机械地接合起来。
在一些例子中可以把各第二键和端面法兰18做成一体,使它们凸出进入每半个轭的凹槽。另一个可供选择的方式是,各可拆卸键可以放置成延伸横过第二轭基准面Pc,Pd进入对置的凹槽,这些凹槽在每半个轭和各自的端面法兰18上。
上述实施方式,使万向节在工作过程中,可防止在每个轭的两半个相配部分之间产生相对运动,这就保证了各十字轴轴承26的同心度,并防止螺母16从螺柱14上松脱。特别是在第一轭的基准面Pa,Pb上的各第一键44,和在第二轭基准面Pc、Pd上各轭底面52以及各法兰18间的接触面,两者之间有着重要的联合作用。前者有效地反抗轭的两半个相配部分在平行于它们各自的第一轭基准面Pa,Pb方向上作相对运动,而后者反抗轭的两半个相配部分横过第二轭基面Pc,Pd作相对运动,最终得到一个轴向和径向都紧凑的,在高扭力矩情况下能长时期可靠工作的万向节。
Claims (13)
1、一种万向节,它具有:
一个十字头10,它由二对互相垂直且同轴的十字轴11构成;
一对轭12和12',每个轭由可分离的两半个相配部分12a、12a和12b、12b构成,它们都具有一个由底部整体向前凸出并有一盲孔24的轴承盖22;
安放在盲孔中的轴承26,每个十字轴以其轴颈装入一个轴承并在其中转动,每个轭的两半个相配部分安装在一个轴承上,这样装配在一起的两个半个相配部分具有并列的表面38,这些表面处在通过万向节中心的第一轭基准面Pa和Pb的两对侧;
第一连接件,它由螺栓48和螺母50构成,该螺栓穿过所说的两半个相配部分,并与各自的第一轭基准面垂直
第二连接部分,它是可拆卸的,并在所说的两半个相配部分和法兰18的一端具有在第二轭基准面Pc和Pd上相互紧靠的表面52,第二轭基准面与所说的第一轭基准面垂直,
其特征在于该万向节还具有
第一键44,它们在所说的第一轭基准面上,延伸进入所说并列表面38上的两个互补对置键槽40中;
第二键54,它们与所说的两半个相配部分成一整体,并向后凸出进入所说法兰端部的凹槽中;
第二可拆卸连接部分包括由所说轭向后凸出的螺柱14。
2、根据权利要求1的万向节,其特征在于第一连接件中的螺栓48穿过第一键44。
3、根据权利要求1的万向节,其特征在于第一键44和两个互补对置的键槽40处在所说轭的中央。
4、根据权利要求1的万向节,其特征在于在并列面38上,还有位于互补对置键槽40两侧的互补对置槽42,在其中放有隔离块46,各隔离块有相向面对着的表面与各槽42的底部相配合。
