Claims (5)

  1. (a) 유동층 반응장치에 UF6가스와 수증기를 취입하여 UF6를 UO2F2입자로 하는 제1단계, (b) 제1단계로부터 UO2F2입자에 암모니아 수용액을 작용시켜 증우라늄산 암모늄으로 하는 제2단계, (c) 제2단계의 생성물을 건조, 탈수하는 제3단계, (d) 제3단계의 생성물을 수소가스 혹은 수소가스 및 수증기로서 UO2분말로 변환하는 제4단계와의 조합에 의하여 6불화우라늄(UF6)을 이산화우라늄(UO2)분말로 변환하는 방법.
  2. (a) 유동층 반응장치에 UF6가스와 수증기를 취입하여 UF6를 UO2F2입자로 하는 제I단계, (b) 제1단계로부터의 UO2F2입자에 암모니아 수용액을 작용시켜 증우라늄산 암모늄으로 하는 제2단계, (c) 제2단계의 생성물을 건조, 탈수하는 제3단계, (d) 제3단계의 생성물을 수증기로서 UO3및 또는 U3O8으로 변환하는 제4단계, (e) 제4단계로부터의 UO3및 또는 U3O8을 수소가스 또는 수소가스 및 수증기로서 UO2분말로 변환하는 제5단계와의 조합으로 6불화우라늄(UF6)을 이산화우라늄(UO2)분말로 변환하는 방법.
  3. 전기 UF6가스와 수증기의 유동층 반응장치에의 취입을 2유체노즐에 의하여 행하는 청구범위 1 내지 2의 어느 일개항에 기재된 방법.
  4. 전기 제2단계의 생성물을 건조, 탈수하는 제3단계와 제3단계의 생성물을 수소가스 혹은 수소가스 및 수증기로 UO2분말로 변환하는 제4단계를 유동층 반응장치에서 행하는 청구범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
  5. 전기 제2단계의 생성물을 건조, 탈수하는 제3단계와 제3단계의 생성물을 수증기로 UO3및 또는 U3O8으로 변환하는 제4단계와 제4단계로부터의 UO3및 또는 U3O8을 수소가스 혹은 수소가스 및 수증기로서 UO2로 변환하는 제5단계를 유동층 반응장치에서 행하는 제2항 기재의 방법.
