Claims (3)
- a) 첫번째 흡수 지역내 가스 스트림을 재생 가능한 수성 흡수제와 접촉시켜 정제된 가스 및 H2S-함유부하 흡수제를 얻고 ; (b) 첫번째 흡수 지역으로 부터 부하 흡수제를 흡수제가 재생되는 재생기에 공급하여 H2S-함유 재생기오프-가스(off-gas)를 생산하고 ; c) 재생기 오프-가스의 적어도 일부를 원소 황이 생산되고 SO2및 H2S를 함유하는 플랜트(plant)오프-가스가 형성되는 황 회수 플랜트에 공급하고 ; d) 플랜트오프-가스안의 SO2를 H2S로 전환시켜 환원된 장치 오프-가스를 얻고 ; e) 두번째 흡수 지역내 환원된 플랜트 오프-가스를 재생가능한 수성 흡수제와 접촉시켜 두번째 정제 가스 및 H2S-함유반-부하된 흡수제를 얻고 ; f) 두번째 흡수 지역으로 부터 반-부하된 흡수제를 흡수제가 재생되는 재생기로 보내고, 여기서 부분적으로 재생된 흡수제는 재생기로 부터 제거되어 첫번째 흡수 지역으로 공급되고, 전부 재생된 흡수제는 재생기로 부터 제거되어 두번째 흡수 지역으로 공급되는 단계를 포함하는 가스 스트림으로 부터 H2S를 제거시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(f)에서 두번째 흡수 지역으로 부터 반-부하된 흡수제를 재생기로 보내는 것이 두번째 흡수지역으로 부터 반-부하된 흡수제를 첫번째 흡수 지역에 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 부분적으로 재생된 흡수제가 첫번째 흡수 지역으로 도입되는 정도 이하의 정도로 두번째 흡수지역으로 부터 반-부하된 흡수제가 첫번째가 흡수지역에 도입되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
