UN METODO PARA SEPARAR COMPUESTOS DE AZUFRE FUERA DE UN GAS QUE CONTIENE DIOXIDO DE CARBONO Y SULFURO DE HIDROGENO, EN UN SISTEMA DE LAVADO DE GAS, SIENDO DICHO GAS OBTENIDO POR GASIFICACION DE LIQUIDO DE CELULOSA GASTADO. DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION EL SISTEMA DE LAVADO DE GAS TIENE UNA ZONA DE CONTACTO GAS-LIQUIDO (5) QUE FUNCIONA A UNA PRESION QUE SOBREPASA LA PRESION ATMOSFERICA ASI COMO UNA ZONA DE REGENERACION (8) QUE FUNCIONA A UNA PRESION SUSTANCIALMENTE INFERIOR A LA PRESION DE LA ZONA DE CONTACTO LIQUIDO-GAS (5). LA PRESION PARCIAL DE DIOXIDO DE CARBONO EN EL GAS ANTES DE ENTRAR EN LA ZONA DE CONTACTO GASLIQUIDO SOBREPASA 0,2 ATM ADEMAS EL GAS ENTRA EN CONTACTO CON UN LIQUIDO DE ABSORCION ALCALINA EN LA ZONA DE CONTACTO GASLIQUIDO, Y EL LIQUIDO ALCALINO QUE CONTIENE EL SULFURO DE HIDROGENO ALCALINO ES RETIRADO DE LA ZONA DE CONTACTO GAS-LIQUIDO Y TRANSFERIDO A LA ZONA DE REGENERACION, EN CUYA ZONA EL SULFURO DE HIDROGENO ES EXPELIDO DESDE DICHO LIQUIDO QUE CONTIENE SULFURO DE HIDROGENO ALCALINO Y RETIRADO EN FORMA DE GAS.
