Claims (10)
- 크랭크핀과 이 크랭크핀에 회전가능하게 설치된 적어도 2개의 베어링과 왕복 선형운동을 위하여 설치된 셔틀로 구성되는 선형운동을 회전운동으로 또는 역으로 변환시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 셔틀에 고착된 적어도 2개의 오프셋 베어링 표면으로 구성되는데, 이때 상기 하나의 베어링이 상기 하나의 베어링 표면을 따라 전후로 움직이면 상기 베어링표면중 하나는 상기 베어링중 하나와 일정하게 계합된 상기 크랭크핀의 한쪽에 위치하고, 상기 다른 베어링이 상기 다른 베어링표면을 따라 전후로 움직이면 상기 베어링표면중 다른 것에 상기 베어링의 다른 것과 일정하게 계합된 상기 크랭크핀의 다른 반대쪽에 위치하여, 셔틀의 선형운동이 상기 크랭크의 회전운동으로 또는 이와 반대로 연속적으로 변화되어 백래시를 없애는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 운동을 회전운동으로 또는 역으로 변환시키기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 표면들이 상기 크랭크핀의 길이 방향축에 평행한 방향으로 서로에 대하여 상대적으로 층을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 베어링 표면이 상기 크랭크핀의 상기 한쪽에 단독으로 위치하고 상기 다른 베어링표면이 상기 크랭크핀의 상기 반대측에 단독으로 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 베어링이 상기 크랭크핀의 상기 반대쪽에 제한을 받지 아니하고 상기 다른 베어링이 상기 크랭크핀의 상기 한쪽에 제한을 받지 아니하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 셔틀의 왕복 선형운동중에 상기 셔틀을 가이드하기 위한 가이드부재가 복수개의 실린더와 복수개의 피스톤을 포함하고 각각의 피스톤은 상기 실린더중 상응하는 실린더내에서 왕복 선형운동이 이루어지도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 고정부재가 각각의 상기 피스톤을 상기 셔틀에 분리가능하게 고정시키기 위하여 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링이 상기 크랭크핀에 분리가능하게 설치되어 상기 베어링이 분리 교환될 수 있고, 상기 베어링표면은 상기 셔틀에 분리가능하게 부착되어 상기 베어링표면이 분리 교환될 수 있으며, 상기 하나의 베어링과 상기 하나의 베어링표면이 제1의 교환가능한 세트를 이루고 상기 다른 베어링과 상기 다른 베어링표면은 제2의 교환가능한 세트를 이루어 상기 크랭크의 가속도에 대한 상기 셔틀의 선형속도가 제1 및 제2 세트를 교환하므로서 변화될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 베어링이 제1방향으로 상기 하나의 베어링표면을 따라 움직이면 하나의 아아치형 방향으로, 상기 제1 방향에 반대의 제2 방향으로 상기 하나의 베어링표면을 따라 움직이면 반대의 아아치형 방향으로 회전하고, 상기 다른 베어링은 상기 제1 방향으로 상기 다른 베어링 표면을 따라 움직이면 상기 반대의 아이치형 방향으로, 상기 제2 방향으로 상기 다른 베어링표면을 따라 움직이면 상기 하나의 아이치형 방향으로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링중 하나가 기어치의 제1 세트를 포함하고, 상기 베어링표면중 하나는 기어치의 상기 제1 세트와 맞물리는 기어치의 제2세트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 베어링이 복수개의 외주홈을 갖고 있고 상기 하나의 베어링 표면은 복수개의 상응하는 형태의 외주홈을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
