Claims (9)
- 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 탈수제로 처리하여 폐환시켜 옥사졸환을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 이속사졸 유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서 R1은 저급알킬을 나타내고; n은 6,7 또는 8의 정수이며; A는 일반식고, 여기에서 R2는 수소, 메틸, 염소 또는 브롬이며; B는 일반식의 그룹 또는 구조식의 그룹이고, 여기에서 R2는 상기에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, B가 일반식(Ⅴ)의 그룹을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 폐환시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R1이 메탈이고 R2가 수소인 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 폐환시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 메탈이고, n이 7이며, B가 일반식(Ⅴ)의 그룹이고, R2가 수소인 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 폐환시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 메틸이고, n이 7이며, B가 구조식(Ⅳ)의 그룹인 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 폐환시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폐환반응을 옥시염화인, 오염화인 또는 티오닐 클로라이드의 존재하에 불활설 용매중, -5℃ 내지 +5℃ 에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 탈수제를 일반식(Ⅳ) 화합물의 몰당 1.1 내지 3배 몰과량의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폐환반응을 별도의 용매를 사용하지 않고 과량의 액체 탈수제 중, -15내지 +5℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폐환반응에 티오닐 클로라이드를 하용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
