Claims (16)

  1. 반도체소자, 냉각편 및 배선용 도체를 적층한 반도체 스택과, 이 스택을 냉매액과 함께 수용한 냉각 용기를 구비하고, 상기 반도체소자를 상기 냉매액의 비등을 통하여 냉각시키는 것에 있어서, 상기 도체의 냉각편과의 접촉면을 그 수평방향에 대하여 단속하는 단속접촉면으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 비등 냉각장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도체는 상기 냉각편에 대향하는 면에 다수의 평행인 슬릿을 구비하고, 이들 슬릿이 수평선과 이루는 각도를 45도 이상으로 한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체는 다수의 평행인 긴 홈을 구비하고, 이들 긴 홈이 수평선과 이루는 각도를 45도 이상으로 한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각편은, 이 냉각편을 사이에 끼운 반도체소자와 도체와의 사이에 수평방향으로 연통하는 다수의 세공을 구비한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각편은 세로, 가로로 연통하는 다수의 세공을 구비한 반도체의 비등 냉각장치.
  6. 반도체소자, 냉각편 및 배선용 도체를 적층한 반도체 스택과, 이 스택을 냉매액과 함께 수용한 용기를 구비하고, 상기 반도체 소자를 상기 냉매액의 비능을 통하여 냉각시키는 것에 있어서, 상기 도체와 상기 냉각편과의 접촉면에 상한 방향으로 연통되고, 그 접촉면의 상하단(端)에서 개구하는 연통부를 형성한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 도체는 상기 냉각편에 대향하는 면에 다수의 평행의 슬릿을 구비하고 이들 슬릿이 수평선과 이루는 각도를 45도 이상으로 한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 도체는 다수의 평행인 긴 홈을 구비하고, 이들 긴 홈이 수평선과 이루는 각도를 45도 이상으로 한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 냉각편은 이 냉각편을 사이에 끼운 반도체 소자와 도체와의 사이에 수평방향으로 연통하는 다수의 세공을 구비한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 냉각편은 가로, 세로로 연통하는 다수의 세공을 구비한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  11. 반도체소자, 냉각편 및 배선용 도체를 적층한 반도체 스택과, 이 스택을 냉매액과 함께 수용한 냉각용기를 구비하고, 상기 반도체소자를 상기 냉매액의 비등을 통하여 냉각하는 것에 있어서, 상기 도체의 상기 냉각편과의 접촉면에 이 접촉면의 상하로 나오는 길이의 다수의 세로 홈을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  12. 상기 도체는 상기 냉각편에 대향하는 면에 다수의 평행인 슬릿을 구비하고, 이들 슬릿이 수평선과 이루는 각도를 45도 이상으로 한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 도체는 다수의 평행인 긴 홈을 구비하고 이들 긴 홈이 수평선과 이루는 각도를 45도 이상으로 한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 냉각편을 이 냉각편을 사이에 끼운 반도체 소자와 도체와의 사이에 수평방향으로 연통하는 다수의 세공을 구비한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 냉각편은 가로, 세로로 연통하는 다수의 세공을 구비한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 세공은 상기 세로홈의 1/6이하의 직경으로 선정한 반도체의 비등 냉각 장치.
