제1도는 본원 발명의 제1실시예인 회전헤드 결합체를 나타내는 정면도.
제2도는 제1도의 회전헤드 결합체의 제1실시예의 상드럼을 나타내는 저면도.
제3도는 제1도의 회전헤드 결합체의 제1실시예로, 서자기헤드와 선행부재를 갖춘 자기헤드기판을 나타내는 확대정면도.

Claims (17)

  1. 자기테이프와 접촉하는 회전자기헤드가 부찍된 헤드드럼결합체에 있어서,
    상기 자기헤드의 회전방향에 대하여 경사진 면을 가진 가이드 수단과,
    상기 자기헤드와 상기 가이드수단을 지지하며, 상기 헤드드럼결합체의 축에 대하여 회전하는 지지수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드드럼결합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 상기 자기헤드와 상기 가이드수단이 아닌 부분이 상기 자기테이프와 접촉하는 것을 방지하도록 상기 자기헤드와 상기 가이드수단 사이의 부분을 가진 지지부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드수단은 소거헤드인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드수단은 퍼말로이로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부분은 상기 지지부재에 형성된 오목한 홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부분은 상기 지지부재내의 간극인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  7. 자기테이프에 대하여 회전하는 회전드럼을 포함하는 회전 헤드결합체에 있어서,
    상기 드럼의 회전중 상기 자기테이프 위에 데이터를 기록하기 위하여 상기 드럼에 의하여 지지되는 자기 헤드와,
    상기 드럼 및 상기 테이프의 동작중 자기테이프면에서 먼지, 모래알 등을 닦아내기 위하여 상기 자기헤드에 선행하여 위치하며 상기 드럼에 의하여 지지되는 수단과, 상기 자기테이프의 이동방향에 대하여 소정 각도의 평면에 위치하는 불식면을 포함한 상기 불식수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전헤드결합체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 불식면은 대응 자기헤드와 반대방향으로 윗쪽으로 경사되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 불식면은 대응 자기헤드를 향하여 윗쪽으로 경사되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 소정 각은 약 15°-20°의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 최소한 한쌍의 상기 자기헤드는 상기 회전드럼에 의하여 지지되고, 상기 불식면은 상기 자기헤드의 사이에 위치한 선행부재를 포함하며, 또 상기 선행부재에 대향하여 상기 드럼에 위치한 부하부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 최소한 한쌍의 상기 자기헤드는 상기 회전드럼에 의하여 지지되며, 상기 불식수단은 서로 대향하여 위치하며 상기 한쌍의 자기헤드에 대하여 교호로 위치하는 한쌍의 선행부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 선행부재는 소거헤드인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  14. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 선행부재는 퍼말로이로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  15. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 드럼은 상기 자기헤드용 상호 연결홈면에 오목한 홈을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  16. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 드럼은 회전상드럼과 고정하드럼의 대향면 사이에 간극을 포함하며, 상기 간극은 상기 자기헤드의 주사면적을 확보하기에 충분하게 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  17. 기록·재생장치용 회전헤드 결합체에 있어서,
    회전헤드 결합체는 고정하드럼과 회전상드럽을 포함하며, 상기 상드럼의 하부면은 상기 하드럼의 상부면과 접하며 자기 헤드를 상드럼에 수납하기 위하여 그 하부 외주에 홈을 형성하며;
    자기헤드는 상기 홈에 지지되어, 상기 회전헤드 결합체 축에 대하여 상기 회전드럼과 함께 회전 가능하며, 자기테이프에 대한 자기헤드의 추적은 테이프공급축에 대하여 경사지며, 또 상기 회전드럼은 선행부재를 그 안에 수납하기 위하여 경사 홈을 형성하며;
    선행부재는 상기 경사 홈에 위치하여 자기헤드용 가이드수단을 구성하여 상기 자기헤드를 선행하며; 또한 상기 선행부재는 상기 자기테이프면에 축적된 먼지, 모래알 등을 닦아내기에 적합한 불식면을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전헤드 결합체.
