Claims (12)

  1. 철계금속으로 된 기체와, 그 표면에 형성된 산화크롬(Cr₂O₃)을 주성분으로 하는 표면층 등으로 되고, 상기 산화크롬은 크롬화합물의 가열에 의한 변환물질이며, 상기 표면층과 기체와의 계면에는 상기 표면층 중의 산화크롬과 상기 기체와의 반응 생성물을 포함한 중간층이 존재하고 있는 가늘고 긴 섬유질체와 접촉하는 기계부품.
  2. 상기 표면층의 두께는 1-50㎛인 제1항 기재의 기계부품.
  3. 상기 표면층의 두께는 1-10㎛인 제1항 기재의 기계부품.
  4. 상기 표면층의 두께는 2-6㎛인 제1항 기재의 기계부품.
  5. 상기 크롬화합물은 CrO₃인 제1항 기재의 기계부품.
  6. 상기 기계부품은 소공을 구비한 제1항 기재의 기계부품.
  7. 직기의 히일드 또는 유체젯트형 직기의 보조노즐인 제6항 기재의 기계부품.
  8. 직기의 바디날인 제1항 기재의 기계부품.
  9. 직기의 텐숀로울러, 매저링로울러, 얀훅크 또는 니들인 제1항 기재의 기계부품.
  10. 히일드와 비디와를 구비한 직기에 있어서, 히일드와 바디와의 사이에 형성되며, 주행하는 경사의 주행 방향과는 수직의 방향으로 나란히, 또는 그 안을 경사가 통할 복수의 안내부재로 된 고정리드 가이드인 제1항 기재의 기계부품.
  11. 상기 중간층의 두께는 0.5-3.0㎛인 제1항 기재의 기계부품.
  12. 상기 중간층은 FeO-Cr₂O₃와 Cr₂O₃로 된 제1항 기재의 기재부품.
