Claims (2)
- (A) 분자내탄소수 12 내지 22로 되는 지방족 카르복시산과 분자내탄소수 1 내지 12로 되는 지방족 알코올과로부터 형성되는 모노에스레르 40 내지 90wt%, (B)분자내탄소수 16 내지 20으로 되는 지방족 불포화고급 카르복시산으로부터 형성시키는 다이머산 및 폴리머산의 적어도 어느 하나를 0.5 내지 10wt%, (C)분자내탄소수 16 내지 20으로 되는 불포화고급지방산의 다이머산 및 폴리머산의 적어도 어느 하나와 폴리올과를 가열하에 축합반응시킨 다음에 이 폴리에스레르에 잔류되는 카르복시기류 또는 히드록시기류를 분자내탄소수 1 내지 22로 되는 알코을 또는 분자내탄소수 12 내지 22로 되는 지방산으로 에스테르화하여 얻는 분자량 750 내지 7,500으로 되는 폴리에스테르 2 내지 40wt%, 또는 지방질 및 액체유지 10 내지 25wt%와, (D)아래에 기재하는 (a) 내지 (h)로부터 선택하며 복수개의 질소원자가 분자내에 결합되고 또 분자량이 1,000 내지 1,000,000으로 되는 폴리머화합물 0.1내지 10wt%와를 첨가 조성하여 구성하는 철재류 냉간압연유. (a) 다음의 일반식(I) 내지 (IX)로 표시되는 질소함유 단량체류 또는 그 염류의 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머.이 일반식(I)에서, R1은 H 또는 CH3이며, R2및 R3의 각각은 H 또는 탄소원자수 1 내지 3의 알킬기이다 ;이 일반식(Ⅱ)에서, m1의 값은 1 내지 3이고, n1의 값은 1 내지 3이며, R1과 R2및 R3는 상술한 일반식(I)의 그것과 같다.이 일반식(Ⅲ)에서, R4는 H 또는 탄소원자수 1내지 3을 보올하는 알킬기 또는 알킬롤기이며, R1은 상술의 그것과 같다.이 일반식(Ⅳ)에서, m2및 n2각각의 값은 0내지 3이며, R1과 R2및 R3의 각각은 일반식(I)의 그것과 같다.이 일반식(V)에서, A는-0- 또는 -NH-이며, R1과 R2및 R3의 각각은 일반식(I)의 그것과 같고, n1의 값은 일반식(Ⅱ)의 그것과 같다.이 일반식(Ⅵ)에서, R1과 R2와 R3및 n1의 각각은 상술한 일반식(I) 및 (Ⅱ)에서 설명함과 같다.이 일반식(Ⅶ)에서, R1은 일반식(I)에서 설명함과 같고, 피리딘의 결합위치부는 2 또는 4의 위치부이다.이 일반식(Ⅷ)에서, R1및 R2의 각각은 일반식(I)에서 설명함과 같고, 피리딘의 결합위치부는 2 또는 4의 위치부이며 ; 또이 일반식(Ⅸ)에서, R1과 R2및 R3의 각각은 일반식(I)에서 설명한 그것과 같다. (b) 상술의 일반식(I) 내지 (Ⅸ)에 표시함과 같이 하나 또는 그 이상의 질소원자가 결합되는 단량체류 또는 그 염류와, α, β-불포화카르복시산기류 또는 그 염류 또는 유도체류로부터 형성되며 선택되는 비닐 단량체류의 하나 또는 그 이상과로부터의 코폴리머류, 술폰산기를 함유하는 비닐화합물류 또는 그 염류, 아크릴로니트릴류, 비닐피롤리돈 및 분자내탄소수 2 내지 20을 보유하는 지방족올레핀류. (c) 에틸렌이민의 개환형 폴리머의 염류 또는 제4압모늄염류. (d) 지방족 디카르복시산류와 폴리에틸렌-폴리이민류 또는 디폴리옥시에틸렌알킬아민류와의 중축합물의 염류 또는 제4압모늄염류. (e) 디할로알칸-폴리알킬렌폴리아민의 중축합물류. (f) 에피할로히드린-아민중축합물류. (g) 키토산의 염류, 또는 전분 또는 셀루로스, 또는 이들의 카티온화물류. (h) 6 내지 200의 질소원자를 보유하는 폴리알킬이민류 또는 그 유도체류에 알킬렌옥시드류를 첨가하여 제조되며, 분자량이 5,000 내지 600,000으로 되는 폴리에테르 폴리올류 또는 그 유도체류.
- (A) 분자내탄소수 12 내지 22로 되는 지방족카르복시산과 분자내탄소수 1 내지 12로 되는 지방족알코올과와 각각이 결합하여 형성되는 모노에스테르류 40 내지 90wt%, (B) 분자내탄소수 16 내지 20으로 되는 불포화고급지방산의 다이머산 및 폴리머산의 적어도 어느 하나 0.5 내지 10wt%, (C) 분자내탄소수 16 내지 20으로 되는 불포화 급지방산의 다이머산 및 폴리머산의 적어도 어느 하나와 폴리올과를 축합반응시켜서 얻는 폴리에스테르에서 잔류되는 유리상태의 카르복시기류 또는 히드록시기류를 분자내탄소수 1 내지 22로 되는 알코을 또는 분자내탄소수 1 내지 22로 되는 지방산과 에스테르화하여 되는 분자량 750 내지 7,500으로 되는 폴리에스테르 2 내지 40wt% 또는 지방질 및 액체유지 10 내지 25wt%, (D) 아래에 기재하는 (a) 내지 (h)로부터 선택하며 몇개의 질소원자가 분자내에 결합되고 또 분자량이 1,000 내지 1,000,000으로 되는 폴리머화합물 0.1 내지 10wt%와, (E) 페놀계열화합물형 산화방지제, 유황화합물형 산화방지제, 인화 합물형산화방지제 및 아민계열화합물형 산화방지제로부터 선택한 적어도 두종류 이상의 산화방지제 0.3 내지 10wt%와를 혼합조성하여 구성하는 철재류 냉간압연유. (a) 다음의 일반식(I) 내지 (Ⅸ)로 표시되는 질소함유단량체류 또는 그 염류의 둘 또는 그 이상의 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머 ;이 일반식(Ⅰ)에서, R1은 H 또는 CH3이고, R2및 R3의 각각은 H 또는 탄소원자수 1 내지 3의 알킬기이다.이 일반식 (Ⅱ)에서, m1의 값은 1 내기 3이고, n1의 값은 1 내지 3이며, 또 R1과 R2및 R3의 각각은 상술한 일반식(I)에서 설명함과 같다 ;이 일반식(Ⅲ)에서, R4는 H 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬기 또는 알킬롤기이며, R1은 상술한 일반식(I)에서 설명함과 같다 ;이 일반식(Ⅳ)에서, m2및 n2각각의 값은 0 내지 3이며, R1과 R2및 R3의 각각은 상술한 일반식(I)에서 설명함과 같다.이 일반식(Ⅴ)에서, A는 -0- 또는 -NH-이며, R1과 R2와 R3및 n1의 각각은 상술한 일반식(I) 및 (Ⅱ)에서 설명함과 같다.이 일반식(Ⅵ)에서, R1과 R2와 R3및 n1의 각각은 상술한 일반식(I) 및 (Ⅱ)에서 설명한 그것과 같다.이 일반식 (Ⅶ)에서, R1은 일반식(I)의 그것과 같고, 피리딘의 결합위치부는 2 또는 4의 위치부이다 ;이 일반식(Ⅷ)에서, R1과 R2의 각각은 상술한 일반식(I)에서 설명한 그것과 같고, 또 피리딘의 결합위치부는 2 또는 4의 위치부이다 ; 그리고이 일반식(Ⅸ)에서, R1과 R2및 R3의 각각은 상술한 일반식(I)에서 설명한 그것과 같다. (b) 일반식(I) 내지 (Ⅸ)에 표시함과 같이 하나 또는 그 이상의 질소함유단량체류 또는 그 염류와, α, β-불포화카르복시산류 또는 그 염류 또는 그 유도체류로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 비닐단량체류와의 코풀리머, 술폰산기함유의 비닐화합물류 및 그 염류, 아크릴로니트킬, 비닐피롤리돈 및 분자내탄소수 2내지 20이 보유되는 지방족 올레핀류. (c) 에릴렌이민의 개환형 폴리머의 염류 또는 제 4압모늄염류. (d) 지방족 디카르복시산류와 폴리에틸렌-폴리아민 또는 디폴리옥시에틸렌알킬아민류와의 중축합물류의 염류 또는 제 4암모늄염류. (e) 디할로알칸-폴리알킬렌폴리아민 중축합물류. (f) 에피할로히드린-아민 중축합물류. (g) 키토산의 염류, 또는 전분 또는 셀루로스, 또는 이들의 카티온화물류. (h) 질소원자의 수효가 6 내지 200이 보유되는 폴리알킬이민류 또는 그 유도체류에 알킬렌옥시드류를 첨가하여 제조되는 분자량 5,000 내지 600,000이 보유되는 폴리에테르 폴리올류 또는 그 유도체류.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
