Claims (10)
- 변형체로서 안티몬 화합물과, 필요하다면, 15중량%를 넘지않는 양으로 또 다른 첨가물의 첨가로서와 물의 존재하에 승온 및 초대기압 하에서 3원자가 및 5 원자가 크롬의 산화물을 전환시켜 강자성 이산화크롬의 제조방법에 있어서, 단 염과 같은 안티몬 화합물의 음이온이 농축된 크롬산에서 산화된 하나 또는 그 이상의 유기 분자 성분을 함유한다는 조건으로, 변형체로서 사용된 안티몬 화합물은 수용성 염의 형태로 존재하고, 얻어지는 이산화크롬에 기초하여, 4중량% 이하의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성 이산화크롬의 제조방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어서, 변형체로서 사용된 안티몬 화합물이 타아트산 안티몬 인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 제조방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어서, 변형체로서 사용된 안티몬 화합물이 타아트산 안티몬 칼륨이며, 그리고 얻어지는 이산화크롬에 근거하여, 2중량% 이하의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 제조방법.
- 상기 3항에 있어서, 변형체로서 사용된 타아트산 안티몬 칼륨이, 얻어지는 이산화크롬에 근거하여, 0.1 내지 1중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 제조방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어서, 이산화크롬에 근거하여 0.5 내지 15중량%의 양으로, α-또는 γ-FeOOH,Fe3O4또는 α-또는 γ-Fe2O3의 형태에서 바늘모양 산화철 입자가 염과 같은 안티몬 화합물에 첨가하여, 또하나의 변형체로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 제조방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어서, 5 내지 40m2/g의 BET 비 표면적을 가지는 바늘모양 산화철 입자는 염과 같은 안티몬 화합물에 첨가하여 또 하나의 변형체로서, 얻어지는 이산화크롬에 근거하여, 0.4 내지 10 중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 제조방법.
- 상기 3항에 있어서, 이산화크롬에 근거하여, 0.5 내지 15중량%의 양으로, α-또는γ-FeOOH,Fe3O4또는 α-또는 γ-Fe2O3의 형태에서 바늘모양 산화철 입자는 타아트산 안티몬 칼륨에 첨가되어, 또하나의 변형체로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 제조방법.
- 상기 3항에 있어서, 5 내지 40m2/g의 BET 비 표면적을 가지는 바늘모양 산화철 입자는 타이트산 안티몬 칼륨에 첨가되어 또 하나의 변형체로서, 얻어지는 이산화크롬에 근거한, 0.4 내지 10중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 제조방법.
- 상기 1항에서 제조된 바늘모양 강자성 이산화크롬 입자를 함유하는 층을 가지는 지지체를 특징으로 하는 자기 녹음 매체.
