Claims (8)

  1. 개질촉매가 10 : 1 이하의 플라티늄 대 촉진제 금속 몰비율을 갖으며, 철 코발트 및 티타늄으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 플라티늄 금속과 적어도 한가지 촉진제 금속을 함유하는 큰-기공의 제올라이트로 구성되는 개질촉매.
  2. 촉진제 금속이 철인 제1항의 개질촉매.
  3. 큰 기공의 제올라이트가 제올라이트 X, 제올라이트 Y 및 제올라이트 L로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 제1항의 개질촉매
  4. 큰 기공의 제올라이트가 제올라이트 L인 제3항의 개질 촉매.
  5. (a) 알카리 수산화물, 수산화알루미늄 및 제2철 염의 수용액을 만들고 ;
    (b) 그 용액을 실리카 수용액과 혼합시켜서 모액속에 진한 겔을 형성시키고 ;
    (c) 그 진한겔을, L형 제올라이트를 형성하도록 가열하고 ;
    (d) L형 제올라이트를 함유하는 상기 겔을 냉각시켜서 ;
    (e) 그 겔에서 모액을 가만히 따루어내고 ;
    (f) 그 겔로부터 L형 제올라이트를 여과시켜서 ;
    (g) 그 여과된 L형 제올라이트를 세척하여 ;
    (h) 상기 세척한 L형 제올라이트를 건조시키고 ;
    (i) 플라티늄을, 촉매가 형성되도록 상기 건조시킨 L형 제올라이트에 첨가하여 ;
    (j) 그 촉매를 건조하고 ;
    (k) 그 건조시킨 촉매를 하소하는 단계로 이루어지는 제4항의 개질촉매를 제조하는 방법.
  6. (1) (a) 단계에서, 상기 알카리 수산화물이 수산화칼륨이고, 상기 제2철 염이 질산 제2칠이며;
    (2) (g) 단계에서, 세척액의 pH가 약 10-1/2이 되도록 여과시킨 L형 제올라이트를 세척하여 ;
    (3) (i) 단계에서, 플라티늄을, 기공에 충만하게 투침시키는 방법으로 상기 건조한 L형 제올라이트에 첨가하는 제5항의 방법.
  7. (i) 단계에서, 플라티늄을 pt(NH3)4(NO3)2나 pt(NH3)|4CI2중의 하나의 수용액으로, 기공에 충만되게 투침시키는 방법으로 상기 건조시킨 L형 제올라이트에 첨가하는 제5항의 방법.
  8. (a) 수산화 칼륨, 수산화 알루미늄 및 질산 제2철의 수용액을 만들고 ;
    (b) 상기 용액을 실리카 수용액과 합쳐서 모액중에 진한 겔을 형성시키고 :
    (c) 상기 진한 겔을 오토클레이브에서 약 302˚F에서 약 72시간 동안 가열하여 L형 제올라이트를 형성하고 :
    (d) 상기 L형 제올라이트를 함유하는 상기 겔을 냉각시켜서 ;
    (e) 상기 겔로부터 모액을 가만히 따루어내고 ;
    (f) 상기 겔로부터 상기 L형 제올라이트를 여과하여 ;
    (g) 세척액의 pH가 약 10.5가 되도록 10배 이상 과잉의 물에서 상기 여과시킨 L형 제올라이트를 3번 세척하고 ;
    (h) 상기 세척된 L형 제올라이트를 건조시켜서 ;
    (i) 촉매를 형성시키기 위해서 pt(NH3)4(NO3)2의 수용액으로 기공에 차도록 함침시킴에 의해서 상기 건조한 L제올라이트에 플라티늄을 첨가하여 ;
    (j) 상기 촉매를 약 250°F에서 16시간 건조하고 ;
    (k) 상기 건조한 촉매를 약 500°F에서 3시간 동안 하소하는 단계로 이루어지는 청구범위 제4항의 개질 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
