제5도는 제2도의 점화코일의 철심부분의 분해사시도.
제6도는 제2도에 나타낸 점화코일과 함께 구동회로를 포함한 본원 발명의 실시예를 나타낸 설명도.

Claims (5)

  1. 축전지로부터 1차전류를 공급받는 1차코일과 이 1차코일에 자기적으로 연결된 2차코일을 포함하며 1차 및 2차코일의 양 끝부분은 각각 스파아크 프러그에 연결되는 복수의 코일장치와, 그 주변에 각 코일장치가 설치되어 있는 중심철심과, 각 1차코일에 의해서 발생되는 자속에 대한 폐자로(閉磁路)를 형성하기 위하여 중심철심에 자기적으로 연결된 측면철심과, 그리고 점화제어장치에서 공급되는 점화신호에 대응하여 각각 1차코일에 공급되는 1차전류를 제어하는 스위치수단을 가진 내연기관용 점화코일에 있어서, 상기 각 중심철심은 방향성규소강판으로 형성된 성층철심이며, 이것은 중심철심의 자화가 용이한 축이 코일장치의 1차코일에 의해서 발생되는 자속의 방향과 일치하도록 코일장치내에 위치하며, 상기 측면철심은 무방향성규소 강판으로 일체로 만들어진 성층철심이며, 이것이 상기 각 중심철심과 상기 측면철심에 의해서 형성된 자로의 일부에 있는 에어갭으로 상기 각 중심철심과 자기적으로 연결되어 있으며, 상기 각 1차코일은, 1차전류가 공급되면, 다른 1차코일에 의해서 발생되는 것과 동일한 방향으로 중심철심에 자속을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화코일.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 중심철심과 상기 측면철심간에 형성된 상기 에어갭은 비자기성재료로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화코일.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 자석의 자속이 중심철심의 1차코일에 의해서 발생된 자속에 대항하여 역바이어스로서 기능을 하도록 상기 각 중심철심과 상기 측면철심간에 형성된 상기 에어갭안으로 자석이 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화코일.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 어느 다른 코일장치의 1차전류가 중단되면, 1차코일에 유도된 전압으로 인하여 1차코일을 통하여 전류가 흐르는 장치가 상기 각 코일장치의 1차코일에 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화코일.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측면철심은 2개의 측면부분과 이 2개의 측면부분을 연결하는 최소한 한개의 연결부분으로 된 H형 구조로 되어 있으며, 중심철심이 구비된 코일장치는 2개의 측면부분과 연결부분에 의하여 형성된 공간에 위치하여 중심철심의 한끝부분과 상기 측면철심의 어느 하나의 측면부분과의 사이에 에어갭이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화코일.
