제3도는 제1 실시예의 페트리 접시 본체의 저면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 페트리 접시 본체의 상연구부를 시이트로 피복하고, 페트리 접시 저부에 작은 구멍을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 세균배양용 페트리 접시.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 시이트는 페트리 접시 본체의 내부에 충전되는 배지의 성분이 투과할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 페트리 접시.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 시이트는 페트리 접시 본체의 내부에 충전되는 배지의 성분이 투과할 수 없는 것이며 또한 페트리 접시 본체에 붙이고 뗄 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 페트리 접시.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 시이트는 페트리 접시 본체의 내부에 충전되는 배지의 성분이 투과할 수 없는 다른 시이트에 의해서 붙이고 뗄 수 있도록 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 페트리 접시.
  5. 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 전술한 시이트는 그 표면 위에 세균을 보존시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 페트리 접시.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 전술한 시이트는 물 및 산소를 투과시키지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 페트리 접시.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 전술한 다른 시이트는 물 및 산소를 투과시키지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 페트리 접시.
  8. 제1항에서 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 전술한 페트리 접시의 본체는 그 페트리 접시의 저부로 부터 전술한 시이트에 도달하는 높이의 격벽에 의해서 분획된 것을 특징으로 하는 페트리 접시.
  9. 제1항에서 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 전술한 작은 구멍에 봉지체가 붙이고 뗄 수 있도록 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 페트리 접시.
  10. 배지의 성분이 투과할 수 있는 시이트를 배양면으로 하는 분획 페트리 접시에 균을 접종하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세균의 약제 감수성 검사 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 전술한 분획 페트리 접시는 함유약제의 농도가 다른 배지를 편성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 전술한 분획 페트리 접시는 함유약제의 종류가 다른 배지를 편성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 전술한 균의 접종은 밀도구배를 만들면서 실시하는 나선형상의 접종인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
