Claims (5)

  1. 불포화탄소 사슬을 갖는 1종 이상의 고무, 보강 충전제 및 하기 부분 구조식을 갖는 1종 이상의 방향족 푸라잔 산화물(소량의 경화촉진량)로 구성된 조성물이 200-400℉(93-204℃)에서 2분 동안 기계적으로 혼합됨으로써 가황되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량된 성질, 특히 이력, 회전저항, 미끄럼 저항 및 주행온도가 저하되고 고무 충전 상호작용이 촉진된 충전제 보강 가황물의 제조방법 :
    상기에서, 탄소원자들은 단일 방향족 고리의 일부분임.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 고무가 NR, IR, BR, SBR, CR, CIIR, NIR 또는 2 이상의 이들 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 고무가 NR, SBR 또는 50% 이상의 NR을 함유하는 혼합물이고, 충전제가 카아본 블랙, 실리카 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 혼합온도가 300-375℉(149-191℃)이고 시간이 5-20분인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 푸라잔 산화물이 벤조푸라잔 산화물 또는 메틸 또는 그의 메톡시 동족체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
