Claims (1)

  1. 적어도 한 가지의 경화 가능한 할로겐 비함유 고무 또는 한 가지나 그 이상의 할로겐 비함유 고무와 고무의 전체 중량에 대해서 80% 까지의 적어도 한가지의 할로겐 함유 고무와의 혼합물, 적어도 한가지의 1 내지 25O중량부의 실리케이트 충전제; 0 내지 15중량부의 적어도 한가지의 아연, 마그네슘 및 납 금속의 산화물, 적어도 한가지의 알킬부위가 12 내지 24개의 탄소수로 이루어진 적어도 한가지의 일염기성 지방산, 0 내지 10중량부의 벤조산이나 살리실산; 임의로는 0.1 내지 15중량부의 유황 및/또는 유황제공물질; 적어도 한가지의 0.1 내지 10중량부의 경화촉진제; 적어도 한가지의 0 내지 100중량부의 가소제; 적어도 한가지의 항에이저, 항소마제, 산화방지제, 광선안정제 및 항오존화제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택한 적어도 한가지의 안정제; 0 내지 150중량부의 카본블랙; 그리고 이들중에 고르게 분산된 0.1 내지 20중량부의 다음 구조식에 상응하는 적어도 한가지 유기실란이나 가수분해물 및/또는 이들의 축합물들로 이루어진 고무 아연, 마그네슘 및 납 금속의 산화물, 적어도 한가지의 알릴부위가 12 내지 24개의 탄소수로 이루어진 적어도 한가지의 일염기성 지방산, 0 내지 10중량부의 벤조산이나 살리실산; 임의로는 0.1 내지 15중량부의 유황 및/또는 유황제공물질; 적어도 한가지며 0.1 내지 10중량부의 경화촉진제; 적어도 한가지의 0 내지 100중량부의 가소제; 적어도 한가지의 항에이저, 항소마제, 산화방지제, 광산안정제 및 항오존화제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택한 적어도 한가지의 안정제; 0 내지 150중량부의 카본블랙, 그리고 이들중에 고르게 분산된 0.1 내지 20중량부의 다음 구조식에 상응하는 적어도 한가지 유기실란이나 가수분해물 및/또는 이들의 축합물들로 이루어진 고무 혼합물(모든 중량부 표시는 고무의 중량을 100부로 하여 표시)을 성형한 다음 가열온도에 따라서 100 내지 250℃에서 1 내지 200분간 가열하여 고무혼합물을 경화시키는 방법.
