Abstract
1. Procedimiento para vulcanizar o reticular composiciones o mezclas de caucho moldeables y vulcanizables que, como componentes fundamentales contienen un caucho halogenado, un material de carga silicático, eventualmente en mezcla con negro de humo, y un sistema de reticulación para el caucho halogenado. Es conocido que mezclas de caucho vulcanizables con azufre, que deben contener una elevada proporción de materiales de carga silicáticos, tales como por ejemplo ácido silícico precipitado, precisan indispensablemente de un silano como componente de la mezcla, para conferir a los vulcanizados propiedades suficientemente buenas. Tales silanos son por ejemplo los oligosulfuros de bis-(alcoxisililalcohilo) sobresalientemente adecuados, pero que requieren un gasto de preparación relativamente elevado, tales como por ejemplo el tetrasulfuro de bis-(trietoxisililpropilo). Una alternativa a la adición por separado de materiales de carga silicáticos y de silanos a las mezclas de caucho consiste en mezclar de modo previo las sustancias mencionadas.
