Claims (5)
- (i) 수평균 분자량이 약 300약 500이고 유동점이 약 -34.4℃(-30℉)내지 약 -3.8℃(+25℉)인 나프텐 오일; (ii) 수평균 분자량이 약 400 내지 약 1000이고 유동점이 약 -17.8℃(0℉)내지 약 -12.2℃(10℉)인 파라핀 오일; (iii) 상기 (i)과 (ii)의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 개조용 오일 2중량부 이상을 조성물 내에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, (a) 완전 포화된 주쇄를 갖는 탄성중합체 100중량부; (b) 상기 탄성중합체를 가교 결합시키기에 충분한 양만큼인, 상기 탄성중합체를 위한 경화제; (c) 강화용 미립 충전제; 및 (d) 지방족 오일중 90중량% 이상이 약 200℃이상에서 끓는, 수평균 분자량이 약 250내지 약 1500인 20중량부 이상의 지방족 오일로 이루어진 본질적으로 균질한 혼합물을 포함하는 개선된 탄성중합체 조성물.
- (i) 수평균 분자량이 약 300약 500이고 유동점이 약 -34.4℃(-30℉)내지 약 -3.8℃(+25℉)인 나프텐 오일; (ii) 수평균 분자량이 약 400 내지 약 1000이고 유동점이 약 -17.8℃(0℉) 내지 약 -12.2℃(10℉)인 파라핀 오일; (iii) 상기 (i)과 (ii)의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 개조용 오일 2중량부 이상을 조성물 내에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, (a) 에틸렌프로필렌디엔 탄성중합체; 100중량부; (b) 상기 탄성중합체에 대한 경화제; (c) 카본 블랙 약 15100중량부; (d) 미립흑연 약 20-100중량부; 및 (e) 오일 중 90중량% 이상이 약 200℃이상에서 끓고 수평균 분자량이 약 250내지 약 1500인 지방족 오일 약 20약 60중량부로 이루어진 본질적으로 균질한 혼합물을 포함하는, 바람막이 유리 와이퍼 재료로서 사용하기 적합한 탄성중합체 조성물.
- 제2항의 조성물로 제조된 바람막이 유리 와이퍼 블레이드.
- (A) (a) 완전 포화된 주쇄를 갖는 탄성중합체 100중량부; (b) 상기 탄성중합체를 가교 결합시키기에 충분한 양의, 상기 탄성중합체를 위한 경화제; (c) 미립 흑연 25중량부 이상; (d) 강화용 미립 충전제; (e) 오일중 90중량% 이상이 약 200℃ 이상에서 끓고, 수평균 분자량이 약 250 내지 약 1500인 지방족 오일 20중량부 이상; 및 (f) (i) 수평균 분자량이 약 300약 500이고 유동점이 약 -34.4℃(-30℉)내지 약 -3.8℃(+25℉)인 나프텐 오일; (ii) 수평균 분자량이 약 400 내지 약 1000이고 유동점이 약 -17.8℃(-0℉) 내지 약 -12.2℃(10℉)인 파라핀 오일; (iii) 상기 (i)과 (ii)의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 개조용 오일 2중량부 이상으로 이루어진 본질적으로 균질한 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물을 형성하고; (B) 상기 조성물로 상기 바람막이 유리 와이퍼 블레이드로 성형시키고; (C) 상기 바람막이 유리 와이퍼 블레이드의 상기 조성물을 경화시키는 것으로 구성된, 바람막이 유리 와이퍼 블레이드의 제조 방법.
