Claims (13)

  1. 광확산 장치에 있어서, 투명한 광전달 기판을 구비하며, 상기 기판의 최소한 한쪽 연부는 광입사 연부면이며; 상기 기판의 한 표면상에 형성된 광확산층과; 상기 기판의 제2표면에 인정하여 형성된 광반사층과; 상기 기판과 상기 광확산층을 서로 접합시키기 위해 상기 기판과 상기 광확산층 사이에 형성된 중간층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
  2. 제1항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 반사표면은 매끈하게 이루어져 광이 상기 반사표면상에서 규칙적으로 반사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
  3. 제1항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 광입사면이 아닌 상기 기판의 각 연부면은, 상기 기판의 제 1표면에 대해 예각을 가진 경사면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
  4. 제3항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 입사면을 제외한 상기 각 연부면은 불규칙 광반사층이 구비되어 광이상기 입사면 이외의 상기 연부 각각에서 불규칙적으로 반사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
  5. 제1항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 중간층은 상기 광확산층을 형성하는 광확산제를 포함하는 메타크릴 단량체 재질을 가진 상기 면판의 상기 전면을 부분적으로 용해하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
  6. 제1항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 중간층은 메틸 메타크릴레이트 단량체 또는 부분적인 중합체로된 상기 광확산층의 부분적인 용해에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
  7. 제1항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 기판은 메틸 메타크릴레이트 중합체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
  8. 제1항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 광확산 장치는 성분이 알킬 메타크릴레이트의 다단계 중합화에 의해 얻어진 중합체 제품으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
  9. 제1항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 기판은 0-3 내지 20㎜ 사이의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
  10. 제9항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 기판은 3.0 내지 15㎜의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
  11. 제1항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 광확산층은 0.05 내지 1㎜ 사이의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
  12. 제1항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 중간층은 0.05 내지 0.1㎜의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
  13. 제1항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 반사표면은 상기 기판의 상기(하 2)표면상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 장치.
