Abstract

구성재료인 기포의 직목에 기인하는 섬유표면의 얼룩이 없고, 롤상으로 권취되며, 필요시에는 권출하여 사용할 수 있으며, 감김, 신장, 느슨함 등의 변형이 곤란하여 취급하기에 용이한 반사형 영사시이트이다.
탄성한도 60kg/㎠ 이상, 영률 2.5×104kg/㎠ 이상, 굴곡탄성율 3.5×104kg/㎠ 이하, 두께 35∼200㎛, 중심선평균 거칠기와 물결상을 가짐과 동시에 100㎛ 이하의 치수안정성 기재시이트의 표면에 농밀도 광확산반사층, 연질 염화비닐수지 시이트로 된 반투명광확산층을 순서대로 적층하고, 상기 반투명광확산층의 표면에는 미소한 요철 모양을 형성시킨 것이다.
또한, 필요에 따라서는, 치수안정성 기재시이트에 백색 또는 암색안료를 첨가하고, 경우에 따라서는, 상기 시이트에 농밀도 광확산반사층의 반대면에 백색불투명 수지층 또는 암색불투명 수지층을 순서대로 적층할 수 있다.

제8도는 실시예 3에 의한 반사형 영사스크린의 단면도이고,
제9도는 실시예 4에 의한 반사형 영사스크린의 단면도이고,
제10도는 실시예 3에 의한 반사형 영사스크린의 평면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 탄성한도 60kg/㎠ 이상, 영률 2.5×104kg/㎠ 이상, 굴곡 탄성율 3.5×104kg/㎠ 이하, 두께 35-200㎛, 또 JIS-B-0601에 의한 중심선평균 거칠기와 물결상이 모두 100㎛이하인 치수안정성의 기재시이트(3)의 표면에 광휘발성 안료를 분산시킨 수지로 된 농밀도 광확산반사층(2), 광휘발성 안료 또는 방해석의 미분말을 분산시킨 수지로 된 가소제부수가 30~70중량부이며, 중합도가 1,000~-2,000이고, 두께가 80~300㎛의 연질폴리염화비닐수지 시이트와 동일한 파단시의 신장율, 영률 및 굴곡탄성율을 갖는 반투명광확산층(1)을 순서대로 적층하고, 상기 반투명광확산층의 표면에는 광확산성의 미소요철모양(la)를 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 영사스크린.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 치수안정성 기재시이트(3)에는 농밀도 광확산 반사층(2)의 반대면에 백색 불투명수지층(4)이 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 영사스크린.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 백색 불투명수지층(4)에는 농밀도 광확산 반사층(2)의 반대면에 흑색의 불투명수지층(5)이 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 영사스크린.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 농밀도 광확산 반사층(2)과 반투명 광확산층(1)은 백색안료를 분산시킨 불투명도 90% 이상인 백색의 불투명한 치수안정성 기재시이트(3a) 상에 순서대로 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 영사스크린.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 농밀도 광확산 반사층(2)과 반투명 광확산층(1)은 암색안료를 분산시킨 흑색의 불투명한 치수안정성 기재시이트(3b)상에 순서대로 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 영사스크린.
