제1도는 사출성형법에 의해 제조된 상.하측 환상형 부품에 의해 형성된 피스톤링의 제1형태에 대한 단면도.제2도는 위치팩 및 홈이 형성되어 있으며, 상.하측 환상형 부품에 의해 형성된 피스톤링중 한개의 환상형 부품에 대한 평면도.제5도는 두개의 사이한 종류의 슬로트가 피스톤링을 지나 연장되어 있으며, 상.하측 환상형 부품으로 형성된 피스톤링의 제4형태에 대한 부분정면도.
Claims (12)
- 내연기관용 피스톤링에 있어서, 피스톤링의 측에 수직인 각각의 평면에 위치한 접촉면(13)을 갖는 상층 환상형부품(10a)및 하측 환상형부품(10b)으로 구성시켜서된 피스톤링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상측 환상형부품(10a) 및 하측 환상형부품(10b)에 요각부를 형성시키지 않지만, 두개의 환성형 부품을 상호 위치시키므로서 피스톤링의 방사상 외측면 주위의 주변방향으로 연결된 적어도 하나의 요각부(15)를 형성토록한 피스톤링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 환상형 부품에 방사상 외측으로 연장시킨 환상형 돌기(13)를 형성시켜서, 두개의 환상형부품 사이에 요각부(15)와 두개의 오일 조절레일을 갖도록한 피스톤링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상측 환상형부품(10a) 및 하측 환상형부품(10b)에, 방사상 내측면(14)을 형성시키되, 환상형 스프링을 수용하기 위한 피스톤링 주위의 오목 홈(16)을 상호 형성하기 위해서, 방사상 내측면(14)을 여각으로 만곡시켜서된 피스톤링.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상측 환상형부품(10a) 및 하측 환상형부품(10b)을 피스톤링축에 수직인 평면에 대해 대칭으로 형성시키고, 접촉면(12)을 형성시켜서된 피스톤링.
- 제1항내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상측 환상형부품(10a)을 하측 환상형 부품(10b)에 대해 각도적으로 편위시켜서된 피스톤링.
- 제1항내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상측 환상형부품(10a) 및 하측 환상형부품(10b)이 상대 각 운동을 방지토록한 피스톤링.
- 제1항내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 각각의 접축면(12)에 적어도 한개의 홈을 형성시키되, 각각의 홈을, 환상형 부품의 반경폭을 지나 연장시키고 피스톤링을 지나 연장된 적어도 한개의 슬로트(19)를 형성하도록 다른 환상형 부품의 적어도 하나의 홈과 짝을 맞추도록한 피스톤링.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 따른 피스톤링을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상.하측 환상형 부품을 개별적으로 형성시킨다음, 상기의 환상형 부품을 상호 위치시켜서 상기의 피스톤링을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 피스톤링의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기의 부품을 성형법으로 제조한 피스톤링 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 성형법이 요각부를 갖지 않는 주형을 사용하지만, 피스톤링이 형성되었을때 두개의 환상형 부품이 피스톤링 주위의 주변방향으로 연장된 적어도 한개의 요각부를 형성토록한 피스톤링의 제조방법.
- 제9항 내지 제11항중 어느하나, 및 환상형 부품이 피스톤축에 수직인 평면에 대해 대칭이며 상기의 접촉면을 갖는 피스톤링의 제조방법에 있어서, 두개의 환상형 부품을 피스톤 축에 수직인 평면에 위치한 표면을 갖는 통상의 구조로 형성시킨 다음, 상기 환상형 부품중 한개를 다른 환상형 부품에 삽입시켜서 상기의 접촉면이 접촉되어 피스톤링을 형성토록한 피스톤링의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
