Claims (10)
- 하나이상의 가수분해할 수 있는 그룹을 함유하는 불포화 실린화합물과 에틸렌을, 임의로 이들과 공중할 수 있는 하나이상의 다른 단량체와 함께 공중합시켜 제조한 실릴 공중합체; 및 주석 화합물중의카복실레이트 단위가 디카복실산에 의해 제공되는 디하이드로 카빌 틴(Ⅳ) 카복실레이트 화합물을 함유하는 실란을 축합 촉매로 이루어진 가교 결합성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주석 화합물중의 카복실 레이트 단위가 일반식(D)의 디카복실산에 의해 제공되는 가교 결합성 조성물.HOOC-X-COOH (D)상기식에서, X는 바람직하게는 탄소원자 1 내지 12개, 더욱 바람직하게는 1 내지 6개를 함유하는 2가 유기그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란을 축합 촉매가 디부틸 틴(Ⅳ) 말리에이트인 가교결합성 조성물.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 항에 있어서, 주석화합물의 사용량이 조성물중에 존재하는 실릴공중 합체의 중량을 기준으로하여 0.01 내지 5중량%범위인 가교결합성 조성물.
- 제1내지 4항중 어느한 항에 있어서,불포화실란 화합물이 비닐 트리메톡시 실란, 비닐 트리에톡시실란 또는 비닐 트리아세톡시 실란인 가교결합성 조성물.
- 제1 내지 5항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 실릴공합체가 불포화 실란 화합물의 공중합된 단위 0.5 내지 5중량%(공중합체 기준)를 함유하는 가교결합성 조성물.
- 하나이상의 가수분해할 수 있는 그룹을 함유하는 불포화 실란 화합물과 에틸렌을, 임의로 이들과 공중합할 수 있는 하나 이상의 다른 단량체와 함께 공중합시켜 제조한 실릴 공중합체, 및 주석 화합물중의 카복실레이트 단위가 디카복실산에 의해 제공되는 디하이드로카빌 틴(Ⅳ) 카복실레이트 화합물을 함유하는 실란을 축합 촉매로 이루어진 성분들로 함께 혼합함을 특징으로하여, 가교 결합성 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 언급된 실란을 축합촉매를, 실란을 축합 촉매와 열가소성 중합체를 임의로 다른 첨가제와 함께 혼합하여 제조한 매스터 뱃취(mastebatch) 농축물 형태로 조성물 중에 혼입시키는 방법.
- 제1내지 제6항중 어느한 항에 따르는 조성물을 압축성형하여 성형제품을 얻는 다음, 이를 열수 또는 증기로 처리하여 가교결합시킴을 특징으로하여 가교결합된 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항의 방법으로 제조된 압출피복 전선 또는 케이블.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
