Claims (8)

  1. 기능장애에 속한 동작 시스템을 진단하기 위한 컴퓨터 제어 진단 장치에 있어서, 상기 시스템의 상태에 관하여 하나 이상의 결론에 이르기 위해서 작동될 수 있으며 그리고 진단되는 특정한 동작 시스템에 속한 룰베이스를 상기 컴퓨터의 기억내에 축적하기 위한 장치를 포함하며, 상기 룰 베이스는 여러 격식으로 구성되고, 각각의 격식은 격식의 특정한 부속물이 축적된 내에 여러 슬롯을 지닌 자료 구조물로써 규정되고 상기 룰 베이스는 미리 정해진 이벤트의 발생에 대한 어떤 미리 정해진 다른 격식에 어떤 미리 정해진 슬롯의 내용을 변경시키기 위해서 동작 될 수 있는 최소한 하나의 특별한 룰을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역학적 변경능력을 지닌 룰 베이스된 진단장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진단장치는 상기 시스템의 미리 정해진 동작 변수를 표시하는 각각의 신호를 제공하도록 동작 되고 그리고 상기 시스템을 통하여 연결되는 여러 센서와 상기 컴퓨터에 상기 센서 신호를 입력시키기 위한 장치와 진단되어진 특정한 동작 시스템에 속한 룰 베이스를 상기 컴퓨터의 기억내에 축적하기 위한 장치를 포함하며, 상기 룰 베이스는 상기 동작 시스템의 최소한 하나의 특정한 결과적 기능장애를 유도하는 비 리이프를 전달하기 위한 상기 센서신호에 반응하여 동작할 수 있으며, 그리고 상기 룰베이스는 상기 센서 스스로의 기능장애 가능한 것을 진단하기 위한 상기 센서 신호에 반응하여 동작될 수 있으며 그리고 상기 룰베이스는 어떤 센서에 대한 기능장애의 기능으로써 비 리이프의 전달을 수정하기 위해서 동작할 수 있는 최소한 하나의 특별한 룰을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역학적 변경능력을 지닌 룰 베이스된 진단장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 진단장치는 상기 동작 시스템의 기능장애를 진단하기 위해서 상기 센서 신호에 반응하여 동작할 수 있는 상기 룰 베이스 룰을 포함하며, 그리고 상기 룰 베이스는 여러 격식으로 구성되며 각각의 격식은 축적된 격식의 특정한 부속물로 여러 슬롯을 지닌 자료 구조물에 의해서 규정되며 그리고 상기 룰 베이스는 여러 센서중의 최소한 하나의 미리 정해진 상태의 발생에 대한 미리 정해진 다른 격식내에 최소한 하나의 슬롯의 내용을 변경시키기 위해서 동작될 수 있는 최소한 하나의 특별한 룰을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역학적 변경능력을 지닌 룰 베이스된 진단장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기의 여러 격식은 뒤이어지는 하이퍼데시스에 에비던스를 연결시키는 각각의 여러 룰을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역학적 변경능력을 지닌 룰 베이스된 진단장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 룰의 각각은 룰의 에비던스가 참일때 룰의 하이퍼데시스내에 비리이프의 정도를 숫자적으로 규정하고 룰의 자료 구조물의 슬롯내에 축적되는 미리 정해진 충분함 요소와 더불어 연관되며, 상기 특별한 룰은 상기 미리 정해진 기능장애에 관한 또 다른 룰의 충분함 요소 값을 효과적으로 변경시키기 위해서 작동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역학적 변경능력을 지닌 룰 베이스된 진단장치.
  6. 제4 또는 5항에 있어서, 상기 룰의 각각은 룰의 자료 구조물내에 축적된 미리 정해진 필요성과 하이퍼데시스가 참일 필요가 있는 에버던스의 근접되는 정도에 대한 숫자로 규정되는 것과 더블어 연관되며 그리고 상기 특별룰은 상기 미리 정해진 기능장애에 관한 또 다른 룰의 필요성의 값을 효과적으로 변경시킬 수 있도록 동작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역학적 변경능력을 지닌 룰 베이스된 진단장치.
  7. 제1항에서 제6항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 각각의 상기 하이퍼데시스는 상기 하이퍼데시스가 상기 진단에 첨가하기 전에, 참인 값으로 제공되어야 하는 새로운 슬롯을 포함하며, 상기 특별룰은 상기 이벤트의 발생에 대한 미리 정해진 하이퍼레시스의 새로운 슬롯에 상기 참값을 제공하기 위해서 작동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역학적 변경능력을 지닌 룰 베이스된 진단장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 문맥을 지명한 각각의 상기 룰은 문맥슬롯을 포함하며, 거기서 문맥은 참 또는 거짓이 되며, 그리고 상기 룰은 그들 각각 문맥이 참일때 상기 진단에 참여하며, 그리고 상기 특별룰은 일려진 참 또는 거짓상태의 문맥을 지닌 최소한 하나의 선택된 룰을 제공하기 위해서 작동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역학적 변경능력을 지닌 룰 베이스된 진단장치.
