Claims (7)

  1. 일정한 간격으로 기준펄스를 제공하는 펄스발생기; 양 전위 수준이 상기 기준펄스와 유사한 파형으로 변하는 전력 공급수단 : 및 상기 전력 공급수단에 의해 전력을 공급받는 스위칭 회로로 이루어진 매트릭스형 액정 표시장치용 선택전극 구동회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전력 공급수단이 펄스 발생기에서 나오는 기준펄스의 열을 레벨-이동시키기 위한 클램핑 회로로 주로 이루어진 선택전극 구동회로.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 클램핑 회로가 스위칭 회로에 평행으로 연결된 커페시터 및 양극과 음극이 커페시터와 스위칭회로의 네가티브 단자 사이의 접점과 접지에 각각 연결된 다이오드로 이루어진 선택전극 구동회로.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 클램핑 회로가 커페시터 및 다이오드 조합물의 부함물로 추가로 이루어져 있어 펄스 발생기를 향한 스위칭회로에서 바라본 임피던스의 평형을 달성할 수 있는 선택전극 구동회로.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 클램핑 회로가 스위칭 회로에 평행으로 연결된 첫번째 커페시터; 콜랙터 및 에미터 전극이 스위칭 회로의 네가티브단자 및 접지에 연결된 트랜지스터; 트랜지스터의 베이스 전극에 연결된 두번째 커페시터; 및 첫번째 커페시터와 펄스 발생기 사이에 연결된 변환기로 이루어진 선택전극 구동회로.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 클램핑 회로가 트랜지스터가 스위칭 구조의 부합물로 추가로 이루어져 있어 펄스발생기를 향한 스위칭 회로에서 바라본 임피던스의 평형을 달성할 수 있는 선택전극 구동회로.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 클램핑 회로가 스위칭 회로에 평행으로 연결된 커페시터; 스위칭회로를 가로질러 입력단자에서 접지에 연결된 변환기; 및 전원, 게이트 및 드레인 전극이 스위칭회로의네가티브 단자, 변환기의 출력단자 및 접지에 각각 연결된 전계효관적 트랜지스터로 이루어진 선택전극 구동회로.
