제1도는 실시예 1에 있어서의 Ni 함유율과 라인(line) 속도 및 전류밀도와의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다, 제2도는 실시예 2에서 사용된 전가아연 도금라인(EGL)의 약도이다. 제3도는 제2실시예에서 연속도금중에서의 욕농도, 도금피막의 부착량 및 Ni 함유율의 경시변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (14)

  1. Ni 몰비이 0.08 내지 2.20 또한 Zn+Ni의 몰합계가 1 내지 4몰/1인 NnC12 및 Ni C12를 주성분으로 하고 여기에 KC1 4.0 내지 5.4몰/1 혹은 NH4 C1 4M.7 내지 7.1몰-a+4.0-a+5.4 a0, b0를 첨가한 염화물도금욕에 있어서 가용성 Zn 아노오드와 Ni 아노오드를 사용하고,각각의 트입전기를 다음식에서 나타내는 비율로 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Zn-Ni 합금도금 강판의 제조방법.

  9. Ni:Ni 아노오드의 양극효율(%)이다.
  10. 여기서 아노오드효율은 아래와 같다.
  11. 95% Zn110%, 90% Ni100%
  12. 제1항에 있어서 도금욕은 PH3 내지 5에서 조절되는 Zn-Ni 합금도금강판 제조법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서 도금욕은 온도 약 40 내지 65℃에서 유지되는 Zn-Ni 합금도금 강판제조법.
