제1도내지 제2도 제3도 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 방법의 단계를 개략적으로 도시한 도면. 제5도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제작된 스프링 접점 소켓을 도시한 도면.

(1) 소켓본체 (2) 라인 코넥터 (3) 플랜지 (4) 중앙핀 삽입구 (5) 환상부 (6) 스프링 (7) 중앙헤드 (8) 원추형 외측면 (9) 환상 갭 (10) 굴대 (11) 견부.

Claims (2)

  1. 대략 원통형인 소켓본체(1)의 한 단부에서 클램프되고 얇은 벽으로 된 변형가능한 슬리이브로써 형성되는 방사상으로 안쪽을 향해 구부러진 접점 스프링(6)을 가지며, 굴대(10)가 핀 삽입단부에서 소켓 본체(1)로 동축으로 끼워지고 접점 스프링선의 부분으로 형성된 직선 접점 스프링(6)이 한 소켓단부로부터 소켓본체로 끼워지며, 그후 소켓본체(1)에서 서로에 대해 정렬상태에 있을때 소켓재료의 변형에 의해 그들의 전방단부에서 소켓본체로부터 돌출한 라인 코넥터(2)의 전방단부에 있는 중앙환상 헤드(7)에 단단하게 고정되며, 접촉스프링의 자유단부는 환상부(5)상의 지지받침대로 가게되며 굴대가 조립을 보조하기 위해 그와 관련되어 그 환상부 통과하게 되는데, 그 굴대가 제작시 소켓본체에 동축으로 끼워지고 최종적으로 그것으로부터 철거되도록 하는 스프링 접점 소켓을 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 먼저 소켓내측으로 돌출한 라인 코넥터(2)의 중앙헤드(7)와 소켓내측벽사이의 동축환상갭으로 스프링의 전방단부가 들어가도록 소켓본체(1)로 끼워진후 최대 0.2mm의 직경을 갖는 얇은 접점스프링이 헤드(7)의 변형에 의해 축에 대체로 평행한 위치에서 단단하게 고정되며, 그후 굴대(10)가 환상부(5)와 함께 소켓본체(1)로 끼워진 다음, 접점스프링이 굴대(10)와 인접할때까지 그들의 단부상에 축방향입력을 가함으로써 소켓의 내측으로 구부러진 형태로 변환되며, 그후 굴대가 영구 변형된 접점 스프링의 이완으로 소켓본체로부터 철거되고 환상부(5)가 소켓본체의 가장자리를 접히게 함으로써 소켓본체내의 적소에 단단하게 고정되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 접점 소켓의 제작방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접촉핀 소켓이 사용될 접촉핀의 직경보다 작은 직경을 갖는 굴대(10)가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
